The kitchen staff are amazing and breakfast. This morning was absolutely fantastic. I was very surprised. I was expecting the plane old breakfast and it was absolutely delicious and tasty. The lady that was working in the breakfast area stopped and talked to us and made us feel like we were in her kitchen. we’re traveling from San Antonio, Texas, and staying here the week of Christmas so it was very nice to feel very welcomed. When we checked in last night, the front desk had our two keys and everything ready for us. We were a little late because we had to stop us, but when we got here, everything was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, and we are set for the week, we will definitely stay here anytime we come to Oklahoma City. The service here is petty and unprofessional. Despite requesting a late checkout, which is a standard perk for Gold members, we were denied. To make matters worse, we were actually hit with a late departure fee for leaving the room just 10 minutes past the standard time. This is blatant price-gouging and shows zero respect for loyal customers. The Assistant Manager, Sebastian, was incredibly unprofessional. He had no issue making false statements regarding the situation and handled the dispute poorly. Management sets the tone for a hotel, and he is setting a terrible one. Beyond the service, the billing is a disaster. I have three separate charges/refunds hitting my card for a simple one-night stay, making it a headache to reconcile. To top it all off, the hotel itself is tired; the rooms are outdated and in desperate need of renovation. Save your money and your patience—there are plenty of better places to stay. Better go elsewhere.

All the staff is amazing but Jessica and Sherry goes above and beyond catering to our sons! Multiple morning we have come out to breakfast and they may be closed because it’s so early BUT they either make or have already prepared bags of snacks for the boys to take with them so that they eat! We have stayed in many hotels but this one is amour absolute favorite! Thank you for hiring great staff that truly cares!!
