  Unfortunately this newer location has an ownership group that isn't customer friendly or focused. The property is nice, the water pressure in the showers were bad. The management teams and customer service are hamstrung by the owners.

  I am disappointed with the service of my stay, I found a long hair in my bed and let the front desk know about it at 7am 10/24/25 and asked them to please change my sheets because that really grossed me out, housekeeping didn't arrive until 5:40pm and when they changed the bedding they put the pillows on the floor instead of placing them on the couch or another appropriate, clean surface. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was recommended for a training course I needed to attend. Do not stay at this hotel if you don't have to.

  Moved here from the HGI nearby…really glad I did. Very nice Homewood with great access to nearby hospitals and very easy to work with the staff to book multiple rooms and change plans during a family emergency. Definitely recommend.

  Just got back from a stay here while visiting family. Positive: Hotel employees here were courteous and nice - no issues there. Reasonably clean. Negative: It started with an email to check-in online and choose our room online. I choose a 4th floor room because it was offered via the website. Arrived at the hotel right at 3pm and was told that room was not available because the person in that room had decided to stay longer. They put us on the second floor as it was the only one bedroom available. NOT quiet. Not at all quiet. Something every night, late at night (sometimes after midnight) From kids running through the hallways screaming, to someone coughing up a lung, to people arguing in the hallways at 2am. Walls are paper thin. If someone slides a chair in another room above, you can hear it. Our room was serviced once, which we had to ask for, despite the sign on the bathroom mirror saying they would come every other day - and they did not take out the garbage when they serviced it. Next time staying at the Residence Inn a mile and half away - not the greatest and $10 more a night but definitely a step up over this place.
