    We stayed in OKC on a road trip for a night. It was very friendly, clean, and quiet. We were traveling with my 18 month old so didn’t get to take advantage of all the perks but the rooms were spacious and dark so baby slept like a rock. Brittany went above and beyond, she located my lost headphones and had them shipped to my home, not even a week later I have received them. Thanks for the great service

    [ update] called the number left by the responce to this message last week. Have yet to heare back! Room was nice, but the service was awful! We booked because we were told there was a hot tub and indoor pool. There was a pool but not a hot tub. Also we asked for a rollaway bed before booking, once we got there we had to request it again and it took over 4 hours to get there. We needed extra pillows and it took me going to the desk twice and a additional 2 hours before anything was done. We were told there was only one housekeeper and thats why everything took as long as it did. I asked if i could just take the pillows myself and they insisted the one housekeeper had to be the one to bring them to the room. When you spend $200 a night you expect to revieve the services you were promised at a reasonable hour. Brought it up to the front desk, and they didnt seem to care whatsoever. There was also no where to park, other than vallet which was an additional $40 a night. Needless to say we wont be staying here again.

    The best part of the stay was Rachelle. I hope I spelled her name right. She did an amazing job running the bar. She's not a regular bartender. She makes you laugh while making sure everyone is taken care of. I found myself at the bar both nights She was working along with a few other hotel tell guests. Her personality is everything! Now the wine they have in the store part is a rip off. I get it. It's a hotel and things will cost more, but 35 to 45 bucks for some wine you can get for 10 bucks at the store smh
