We're seven minutes from the Outlet Mall, Hurricane Harbor, and the OKC Fairgrounds. Bricktown Canal Area and Stockyards City are within 15 minutes. We offer an airport shuttle, outdoor pool, and fitness center.

    The hotel is clean, and nice. The only thing that is off putting I was asked by the front desk lady “what kind of service animal do you have?” And she asked me 3 times and she’s very aggressive about it. Even if I told her under ADA law she cannot ask me those questions. Then she stopped asking me about it. No apologies or anything.

    I'll get to the stay but first a shot out to housekeepings Marialina and Norma. While checking out and leaving our car under the carport these ladies noticed an issue with our tires and made sure to circle back and alert us. They both mentioned we saw your Texas plates and had to say something because of the long drive. We immediately went to get new tires. This small conversation could have possibly saved us from a blow out if not our lives. I cannot thank them enough. Our stay was perfect. We came for the OU and LSU game. The rooms were clean and convenient for the drive to the stadium about 25 minutes away. Kitchen was convenient for our post Thanksgiving take home food and whatever else. 10/10 in my eyes!

    I had booked and paid for one night for a stay on Aug 30, 2025, but on the day of arrival, my son unexpectedly became sick and we were unable to travel. I immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation. However, I was told that because the cancellation was not made 24 hours in advance, no refund could be issued. While I understand policies exist to protect hotel operations, refusing to consider a refund in a health-related emergency is neither reasonable nor humane. Illness is unpredictable, especially with children, and I believe exceptions should be made in such circumstances. What makes this experience more disappointing is that in the past, even with nonrefundable bookings made through Priceline, customer service has always shown flexibility and understanding for unforeseen events such as illness. They were able to provide full refunds out of consideration for the customer. Unfortunately, Hilton’s handling of this situation shows a lack of empathy and customer care, which is not what I expect from a hospitality brand of Hilton’s reputation. I am very dissatisfied with how this was managed, and I feel that Hilton should revisit its policies or empower its hotels to make exceptions in cases of genuine emergencies. At the very least, I would expect Hilton to value customer loyalty and demonstrate more compassion in situations like mine.

    The worst experience at a hotel we have ever had , I advise any of our horse friends in town for the grand nationals not to stay here as they treated my loving husband and family with utter disrespect. Shameful and unacceptable!
