There wasn't a real place to walk my dog. The traffic is very fast and loud in both sides of the hotel.

First night....Went to sleep and was woken by elevator music at 3am. It continued until I left the room... Night 2... My service truck was broken into and everything was stolen...They did the bare minimum in helping me with the police... After my truck was broken into the night before I decided to finish my last night's stay since the damage was done and it was a decent nights rest...

Checked into the hotel room and discovered no ice bucket. I asked the desk clerk on 3 occasions if one was available. She gave me 2 plastic bags. Further inspection revealed wet carpet throughout the entire space. I called the desk and she stated all the carpets in all of the rooms had been cleaned and there were more than one complaint about the wet conditions. Floor lamp next to bed had a burned out bulb. Desk clerk did not offer another room, in form of a sincere apology and was dismissive. I will never stay at this hotel location again, ever...

I must first say that we did enjoy our stay even though there were a few things that do need attention. The carpet needs to be changed in the room as it is heavily stained and the TV had partially gone out so we only had half a picture but it was no big deal. One thing I found more frustrating than anything was the entree service for breakfast in the morning. Trying to get the food out of that cramped heater box was a pain and I dumped most of mine on the counter or in the floor while trying to receive it from the back of the cabinet. Perhaps they should look at another solution as other patrons that were there that morning were complaining about the same. We will have to say that the room was very nice and we did enjoy the quietness of the area and convenience to other eateries and shopping. The staff was very nice and we appreciated them very much.
