But I recently stayed in both the Home2 Suites and Tru and I’m pleased to say I found a warm welcoming staff, affordable prices, great fitness rooms, outdoor pool and ample hot breakfast selections, and laundry room. This is NOT acceptable and before 9am. This is a invasion of privacy as the room was paid for until 11am. Not happy with this at all
