I travel weekly for business, I’m Diamond with IHG and Hilton. This is the absolute worst experience and stay in my years of travel. I wasn’t recognize has a Dimond status, no upgrade(even through site show rooms for upgrade), restaurant and bar closed. Rooms are outdated and not clean, furniture has rips in cushions, dirty stained cushions, and mildew in bathroom area. Next morning, ate breakfast in restaurant, fruit flies everywhere landing on fruit and cottage cheese, the host refused to change out. I don’t recommend and will avoid this location going forward!

I usually check the bed before laying down, I’ll know to do it better next time. When I showed the clerk at the front, she seemed concerned. She got her manager and he brushed it off as “it just looks like a June bug”. He did not seem surprised or bothered. Very clearly not a June bug. Even if it was, I don’t want it in bed with me. I’ve contacted the customer service number and still haven’t heard anything back from anyone.
