I typically do not leave reviews, as most experiences are at least satisfactory. However, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had.
At check-in, one staff member informed us that our room was not ready, while another employee stated that it was. When we went upstairs, it was evident the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. One pillowcase appeared to have dried residue on it, the shower curtain had a noticeable brown stain, and a hair clip was left on the floor next to the bed.
The television did not function during our stay. When we contacted the front desk, we were told it was likely due to the weather, despite only light rain at the time. The TV continued not to work for the remainder of the weekend, even when the weather cleared. Additionally, the smoke detector emitted a very bright flashing light every few seconds, which was disruptive. The beds were also quite firm and uncomfortable.
When we went downstairs for breakfast, we were informed that we had not been issued the breakfast tickets included in our reservation. After returning to our room, our key cards stopped working, requiring another trip to the front desk to resolve the issue.
While I understand that some issues can occur and are sometimes unavoidable, the overall experience was disappointing—especially considering we paid nearly $300 for a two-night stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel at that price point.

I booked a room and paid $234 to stay for two nights, however when my family and I arrived, the first room we were given had a broken pull-out bed. I immediately went down and let the front desk clerk know and was given another room, which also had a broken pullout bed and also smelled like dog feces. I went down to the front desk clerk let her know the issues and ask to be checked out and to have my reservation canceled. She informed me to go through booking.com which is how I made the reservation, but apparently never checked me out or put any notes in their system about why I decided not to stay there. After several days of going through this issue with booking.com and calling the hotel, I have not been given any resolution, I have not been given any money back, and therefore I am very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.

Just as good as I have come to expect from IHG brand hotels. Thanks for the good service, clean room, and good night's sleep.
