I usually check the bed before laying down, I’ll know to do it better next time. When I showed the clerk at the front, she seemed concerned. She got her manager and he brushed it off as “it just looks like a June bug”. He did not seem surprised or bothered. Very clearly not a June bug. Even if it was, I don’t want it in bed with me. I’ve contacted the customer service number and still haven’t heard anything back from anyone.

The pool chemicals were harsh and were causing a burning sensation and our suits smelled so bad after swimming. Room clearly not cleaned well as gum stuck to the ac and crumbs all over bed. Staff was nice. Also, our first room tv unplugged, mini fridge barely a chill, and ac didnt work.
