    Clean rooms, nice staff, decent free breakfast, good location and looove the Dove products in the bathroom! The elevator needs to be mopped and the mini fridge in my room didn't work but luckily I didn't really need it. Those are the only cons I can think of. No pool but I think that's where "EXPRESS" comes in.

    The room itself was very clean. The front desk was great. Now for the issues The shower has no door and the set up is ridiculous. When you get in after someone else, your standing in cold water. People allowing their children to run down the hall and scream at 4:30 in the morning. Parents start teaching your children. The beds are very uncomfortable. Management needs to go to the HIE in bricktown and sleep in there beds for one night. The TV we had to use two different remotes to work the TV. Was supposed to be able to use Netflix and other streaming stations and it would never connect to the Internet.

    Clean and convenient hotel. Breakfast options were nice with omelettes and pancakes and more. It was below freezing when we stayed and the always available coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were perfect for warming up. There were always people hanging in the lobby which made it seem cozy. Dove hair and body products were a nice surprise. Would stay again. Located by plenty of dining options.

    Apparently at this hotel, tap to pay means "tap your phone, then prove you also have the card." Tap to pay already uses encrypted, one time tokens and biometric verification, so asking to see the physical card afterward doesn't improve security it just cancels out the convenience. If you need the card anyway, it would be more honest to just say tap to pay isn't supported. WARNING they will denied lodging if you want to tap to pay without assistance in finding alternatives

    POOR SERVICE!! They don't understand or tap pay. They also don't keep the parking lot clean of snow. A digital card is on your phone with all of the same info. If your customer has a ihg account with passed stays stop acting like they are trying to fraud you for a one nite stay. All restaurants, airports, car rental all expect tap pay. Your hotel policy is out of date.
