- TQTina QuagliaDec 27, 20254.0Alex, the young lady at front desk and 1 other young lady but I can't remember her name, a young black lady, I think she said she was 27. Anyway, they were gems?? If we needed anything Alex took care of it we saw her just about every single day we were there. I feel like if it weren't for her this rating would have been lower. The breakfast was not good. I couldn't find one thing that I liked and I love breakfast. l've been in the restaurant industry for over 35 years and so I know screwing up breakfast is hard. We had to change rooms because the tub was not only dirty but it wouldn't drain and that's disgusting! It was Christmas so we asked if it could be fixed and the gentleman at desk said no one was there to fix. The tv was half the size. The maids really need to concentrate on the ring in the tub. You have people that work there that don't smile or say hi or goodbye.

- ECEss CeeDec 16, 20255.0We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, everything worked as it should, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and well maintained. The location is convenient and made getting around easy. The front desk attendant, Eden, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful every time we needed anything. That alone made a big difference in our experience. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was well stocked, fresh, and actually tasty. I really appreciated that they offered turkey sausage since I don’t eat pork, which isn’t always easy to find at hotel breakfasts. The only downside for us was the lack of a pool or hot tub. When traveling with kids, that’s usually an amenity we look for, so that part was disappointing. Overall, it was a very nice stay with excellent service and solid amenities, and we would consider staying here again.
