We had been a IHG member for 20+ years but the quality has gone way down. We have been looking at other hotels cause it’s just gross now, no standards at all.

I made a mistake with the location and had a reservation for 13 miles away at a different location. I had my 86 year old mom with and I'm 65. Eden was running the front desk and quickly looked to see if they may have a handicap accessible room and they did. Eden had me call the other location to cancel and booked us into a wonderful room, even matching the price I had received. Everything was so clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good too. We even bought some Pineapple Chicken and Lasagna from their vending area. They were microwave meals and were very good. Thank you Eden and Holiday Inn for such a wonderful team and room.
