Having found myself in a rather difficult situation as a truck driver with my Semi undergoing repairs, I am experiencing a sense of being stranded. While attempting to contact my dispatcher to arrange for a hotel, I encountered a lack of response. Subsequently, the receptionist observed my predicament in the lobby and informed me that I could not remain there unless I was a registered guest, as the lobby is reserved for guests only. She mentioned that her supervisor monitors the cameras and might inquire about my presence. I have never encountered such a situation before. I relied on an Uber to bring me here, as it seemed necessary at the time. I felt rather uncomfortable with the way she treated me, as if I were a homeless person, when I am clearly not from Oklahoma. With this experience weighing on my mind, I felt compelled to share a cautionary message: if you do not have all the necessary arrangements finalized before arriving, it would be advisable not to enter the premises. This includes avoiding being dropped off by an Uber if you lack reservations or are experiencing issues with your payment card. In such circumstances, it would be best not to enter at all. I hope you will not overlook this matter, as previous reviews have mentioned issues with the receptionist and other staff, and it appears the problem has not been resolved. If necessary, I will follow up with a review each month because this is quite frustrating, considering we all pay for a relaxing experience but are treated poorly. This is a business that we all contribute to, whether through stays or investments; I trust improvements will be made.

I stayed at the hotel while attending a convention. The front desk staff, particularly the woman who checked us in, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the pool was not in usable condition during our stay, as the water was green, so we were unable to swim. Additionally, we accidentally left behind a travel charger, and when we contacted the hotel a few days later, we were informed it could not be located.

Almost everything was good until your thermostats ruined my sleep. I set it at 68 degrees to sleep, your thermostats doesn't have a hold, it goes up to 74 later an hour later. Horrible!

This is the cleanest nicest hotel I've stayed in, and I'm always going on trips each month. I usually have to clean my own room to feel comfortable, but coming here, I just settle my stuff in and feel at home immediately! They are a VERY friendly staff, and I know I will be back again in the future.
