We ended up checking in later than expected because of the error. Not to add they charged me 173 twice and now I have to wait a week or so for the money return. The room was nice but honestly the whole experience with guest relations was horrible. Won’t be staying again.

I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t review my receipt. I have to wait for general manager to review the cameras and refund me! I don’t understand how this could happened! ***UPDATE*** The general manager Kerry refunded me the $8 on 11/17/25 and replied to my google review with inaccurate details! I checked in about 7:15pm on Saturday 11/15 with my child, carrying our luggage. My sister arrived less than an hour later. We changed clothes and left the hotel for dinner. We returned to the hotel before 11pm and entering the hotel with our own Walmart brand of water bottles from our vehicle and Walmart bag, and other items in our end. We didn’t leave the room until we checked out about 11:30 — 11:40am on Sunday 11/16/25 due to the Iate check out that I requested until 1pm. We didn’t down to eat breakfast either! So, myself, 9 year old child or sister DID not leave room to purchase water bottles! The front desk lady Daniela checked the time of purchase when I brought this to her attention and the 2 water bottles were purchased around 4am - 4:30am 11/16/25 she stated! I hate that I have to put so much details to correct the general manager comment! The mistake was made by one of your guest and staff, however it was fixed and should have not been added to my bill in the first place! I express my concerns so that other guest will be know! I would love to see this camera footage of myself and “guest” (sister and kid) purchasing the water as you as mentioned! This will be escalated to corporate!
