I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t review my receipt. I have to wait for general manager to review the cameras and refund me! I don’t understand how this could happened! ***UPDATE*** The general manager Kerry refunded me the $8 on 11/17/25 and replied to my google review with inaccurate details! I checked in about 7:15pm on Saturday 11/15 with my child, carrying our luggage. My sister arrived less than an hour later. We changed clothes and left the hotel for dinner. We returned to the hotel before 11pm and entering the hotel with our own Walmart brand of water bottles from our vehicle and Walmart bag, and other items in our end. We didn’t leave the room until we checked out about 11:30 — 11:40am on Sunday 11/16/25 due to the Iate check out that I requested until 1pm. We didn’t down to eat breakfast either! So, myself, 9 year old child or sister DID not leave room to purchase water bottles! The front desk lady Daniela checked the time of purchase when I brought this to her attention and the 2 water bottles were purchased around 4am - 4:30am 11/16/25 she stated! I hate that I have to put so much details to correct the general manager comment! The mistake was made by one of your guest and staff, however it was fixed and should have not been added to my bill in the first place! I express my concerns so that other guest will be know! I would love to see this camera footage of myself and “guest” (sister and kid) purchasing the water as you as mentioned! This will be escalated to corporate!

You can control the temperature in your room, The room is spacious and the Dove bathroom products were a nice addition. The lobby was clean and quiet, and the breakfast area had a large variety of options.

- MSMadison StewartSep 1, 20251.0If you’re looking for terrible customer service, feel free to stay here with their wonderful manager, Kerry. Holiday Inn completely screwed me over by booking me 4 rooms instead of 2 (thanks to the booking lady in Jamaica. Gotta love that…). I spoke with front desk when we checked in about the situation and she said her manager may be able to help me. When we checked out the next morning I was told Kerry would call me around 12 (since she doesn’t come to work until late?!). I waited until the next day after receiving no call and supposedly Kerry was “sick”. MANY days later and still no call from Kerry, meanwhile I would call and they said she’s stillllll sick. The best part is, none of this was Kerry’s fault. I just wanted someone to help me get this resolved. The front desk girls assured me Kerry would help but continued to ignore my calls. It’s sad when you can’t get good help anymore. Ended up going through my bank to try and get everything disrupted. Long story short, won’t stay here again and will never stay at an IMG resort again.
