SEMPER FI Wow so she responded and has footage yes please so the footage I'm a Marine and if you wanted to hear me raise my voice you would know that a JarHead raised his voice! I informed you that I did have a copy of my tax exempt card electronically so I went to another hotel and guess they were acceptable to receive it that way the way I felt being a Hispanic man I felt that you were very racist towards me and when I shook your hand to thank you for helping a veteran you were more than happy to shake my hand! This goes beyond my thought about how to support the military your stance to be disrespectful to a war veteran is. Disgusting I am hoping corporate does look at the video and see how rude you spoke to me you literally threw my card back in my face and when asked why you needed to know what my service dog was for you said o she just said it wrong like that's justifyable to go against HIPPA laws but after speaking with you apparently the rules don't apply to you!! Trust I am already working with my veteran community and we will get the help we need to have you removed!! SEMPER FI
