It was an easy walk to where I was working for a few days at paycom center. The only weird thing I can't explain and told the front desk people was that I woke up in a sweats I stayed in the same room if I had that duvet on or just the sheet.

I showed up before my check in time so exhausted, hoping to check in and the front desk Shelby was accommodating and gave me a room immediately. That kind of customer service is can really take anyone’s trip to a higher level and I am so appreciative of that.
- RWRandy West3 days ago5.0We loved it. It put us right in brick town and with a 9 and 4 year old in tow walking distance is the key to happiness. By foot it's 5 minutes to the canal , 10 to paycom and there are plenty of restaurants and stuff. We are thinking about going back and staying again just to explore bricktown. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint, is my breakfast was meh temp wise but Im not really complaining because I'm sure I was pushing the time that breakfast was over so that's probably more on me but everything tasted excellent. The night desk attendant was also wonderful giving us a room with a perfect view of devon tower to watch the thunder lights. She was very considerate of the purpose of our visit and gave the kids an extra little something to remember.

I hope I spelled her name right. But she was great and help fix the situation. And tell the other staff what they should have done. I appreciate her so much and honestly she deserves a raise. She was professional, does her job very well and goes above and beyond for guests. Location is great! Will return again.
- RJRodney JenningsOct 29, 20251.0Older man at Front Desk was much more caring and helpful than the larger Caucasian girl …but the AGM was beyond unprofessional and careless I stay here multiple times yearly and every time I arrive there are maintenance errors in my room and it seems the only answer I get is “we have to wait until our manager arrives” Ben the manager seemed caring and attentive yet the AGM makes you feel as if it’s an issue that you paid to stay with them….Kevin was friendly and very helpful yet heard the larger Caucasian woman gossiping of other guest as I was near their store area, The staff used to be so so friendly half a year ago now I dread checking in with anybody bc I feel like it’s an issue I’m there…..AGM was heard being blatantly disrespectful assuming she didn’t know my husband and I were at the desk right outside of her office!! Location is awesome, Crystal and Raygan made my night with their personalities!! Kevin and cleaning were friendly,Yet the AGM and Caucasian female who works the FD seem careless of all issues and have no right to gossip of other guest that they are hosting!! Horrible experience, Few great workers, great location!
