I quickly had to choose a hotel near the convention center for my a cheer competition and landed on this Holiday Inn. It’s in a great location and has decent reviews so I figured we’d be good to go. I was traveling with my two month old son for the first time so I called ahead to see if they had a pack and play or a crib we could use and was told yes and that they would have it in my room upon arrival. When we checked in and went to our room, no crib. I went to the front desk and asked if they could bring us one and was informed that we couldn’t have a crib because our room was too small and it would be a hazard. So, I didn’t have anywhere for my baby to sleep.. The girl at the front desk offered no solutions and dismissed me as if it wasn’t a big deal. Had I known the room was too small for a crib I would have gotten a bigger room or made other arrangements for my baby’s sleeping situation. After leaving the front desk frustrated I called and said I needed to speak to a manager. The same girl put me on hold to speak to her manager, and when she came back, she said that they could in fact, put a crib in my room. Great. When they brought the crib to the room, it was not sturdy and I decided I wasn’t going to put my baby in it to sleep because it didn’t feel safe. I figured I wasn’t going to get any sleep because I would be up all night checking on the baby since he didn’t have a safe place to sleep. Then the obnoxiously loud water running behind the wall started. The first time it happened, it actually startled me. I’m guessing it was happening when the toilets from other rooms were flushing every two-three minutes. It kept my best friend and I awake until 12:30am when we decided we were just going to leave. So we packed up my two month old baby and 11 year old daughter and headed to the front desk in the middle of the night. I explained what was happening and the girl at the front desk, yet again, dismissed me without any solutions. She just said “sorry” and that I would get my receipt in the morning. We drove 3 hours back to Texas frustrated and exhausted. The condition and cleanliness of our room was also not great. There wasn’t paint chipping off the walls and the mini fridge was barely cold enough to keep my baby’s milk in. We were really disappointed because we were looking forward to exploring Bricktown the following day all in all it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re planning on visiting.

Came here for new year and left right away. Got two rooms. One of the rooms had big bugs for sure we told the housekeeping about it. They said that they would come ignored us. Didn’t even come. The thermostat in both rooms were broken didn’t even Work was so hot then when I was trying to check out after we seen all of that, the lady at the front was being so rude. Zero out of 10 experience will never be back.
