Tho, construction was taking place on the first floor, I heard nothing. The view from this room was wonderful as always. Welcoming and leaving staff where punctual, kind and accepting!!

The thing is, whenever I've stayed at this hotel and she's working, she acts like she doesn't understand me, and I have to explain things to her as if she were a 5-year-old. Besides that, she ignores me. It hasn't been just once, but there have been several times that I've had to speak to her, unfortunately, and she always acts the same. I understand that many people don't speak English perfectly, but if she's working at a hotel near the airport, she should have a little more education and skills when it comes to communicating and serving people, or at least try or get another job. I hope her manager talks to her about this issue. The rest of the staff are good
