  If you read my other reviews, you will see I usually NEVER say this so happily, but this is a great hotel! Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are CLEAN (rare!) and everything is just right! Kudos to the staff! I work in hospitality, this is not easy to accomplish!! Their beds are sooooo comfy, pillows are great, blow dryer works! And breakfast and coffee were perfect! I'd love to know the mattress brand!

  This was like most Holiday Inn’s with IHG. Same breakfast, clean rooms. I was surprised that their breakfast didn’t open until 7am. I think many travelers would like to get on the road before 7, so that didn’t seem convenient. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work for me or my husband. We didn’t bother to contact the front desk about it though. I think this is becoming more common at hotels but they make you come to the front desk to pick up extra bedding for the fold out sofa, I think that would be nice customer service to deliver to the room. But it’s not a big deal, overall a nice and clean hotel.

  Dear Holiday Inn Express leadership, It's all about customer service, folks. This property is the worst I've every experienced- seriously. I've traveled a lot between my job and vacations. Usually, customer service is really good. The staff (or the processes/systems in place) misses the mark big time. Here it is, your staff at this property are either not helpful, not responsive, or both. The 2nd night of stay, the heating/AC unit motor had an issue. It was loud. The loud motor was also in the heating/AC unit in my colleague's room. Using an app, the noise was measure to be 45dB. That's loud. The next morning I reported this issue to the front desk. I asked them to fix, or move me to another room. I even emailed the hotel later in the morning asking for an update. No answer. When I got back to the hotel in the afternoon, I asked the lady at the front desk for a status on my room. She looked at the computer and said my complaint was never logged. Granted, she offered to switch my room to a suite. I went to my room to move my stuff and the motor was quiet again. I decided to stay in my room rather than go through the hassle. I have to say kudos to the staff that cleans the rooms and sets out the breakfast food. They were nice and helpful. I wish the staff at the front desk were like them. Two days later, the wifi wasn't working. As a fix, the front desk gave one of my colleagues a number to call to get some type of special access to another wifi. What? Whatever, the front desk isn't helpful. The wifi shutting down was an aside to a weak signal throughout the property. During the 2nd week of our stay, the washer (there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer) broke in the middle of his wash cycle. Fortunately, they arranged for him to finish washing his clothes at the Fairfield Inn next door. Here's what was good. The fitness center was decently equipped. Breakfast was free and had some good options. The coffee machine is wonderful. Thank you for the hotel shuttle. Location was really nice. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I will be returning to OKC for a few weeks training over the next year or so. I'm definitely not staying here. I'm also telling my colleagues to book elsewhere. Thank you. ---Very unhappy customer
