    I stayed here November 3rd 2025. I had active moving insects in the bathroom along with what appeared to be some sort of mold along the grout line on the bathroom floor. I took pictures as well as a video of the creature crawling along the floor. I showed that to the very nice person at the front desk. I asked to see the manager who was apparently unavailable. He assured me the manager would contact me. I did not hear from anyone. So I wrote to the manager. Never heard back. That type of apathy was really surprising to me as I am a Diamond member so I've obviously stayed in many Hilton properties before. The best way to have handled this would have been at the very least let me switch rooms. As it was I was too grossed out to take a shower.

    No food or bar service. I was already checked in and stopped by front desk to get hard key in case digital key didn’t work as I always do. Asked the night clerk for late check out. Was told it wasn’t possible, as diamond member for years, I’ve stayed at Hilton properties for 292 night this year and I have never had an issue getting late check outs before. Had to call corporate to have them get me late check out. I will be returning to OKC every few months for the next 2 years and will never stay at this location again also will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this location. Rooms are dated bed was uncomfortable, room was 55 degrees when I walked in.

    Did not have a good experience. Stayed four days and three nights and never had our rooms serviced. Then got the run around when we asked why none of our rooms were cleaned. The policy is to clean every other day, but them we were told it was by appointment, which made no sense. Won't be staying here again on our next trip to OKC.

    As a commissioned officer and a psychologist, I have come to terms with the fact that the Hilton Garden Hotel will not be fit to run for business in 10 years. People with psychological issues tend to look for those whom they find to be their first victim to create psychological barriers, and this is usually with customers. My family was verbally attacked based on life differences and was asked to leave because we didn't meet their standards. After raising my concerns with the evening manager and introducing myself, it did nothing to change how the situation should have been handled.
