Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Downtown and honestly, the only thing you’re really paying for is the location.
Pros:
- Valet staff was cool (but valet costs extra)
- Great downtown area — walking distance to a lot
- Breakfast is available (but NOT free)
Cons:
- General parking is terrible
- Rooms are decent at best nothing special
• No smart TVs
• Hot tub wasn’t available (which was a huge reason I booked this hotel in the first place)
• No ice machine on my floor I had to go all the way to the first floor just to get ice
Overall, it’s an okay stay if you just need to be downtown, but don’t expect amenities to match the price. Location carries this place more than anything else.

Loved everything all staff was wonderful. Cameron from valet parking has been helping me a lot with my car. I’ve been here for 30 days and he’s been extremely professional and best experience with valet I’ve ever had

Pretty disappointed in our stay at Hilton last night. We typically stay at the Hampton Inn next door and have never had a bad experience there. This was a rare date night without kids, and we thought we’d try the Hilton for a change and booked a room with a King Size bed. We get there and the check in process felt kind of rushed. We were given the keys and that was that. Wasn’t told our room number, and we just headed to the room. We get to the room and it was two queen beds. I called the front desk and asked them if there was an error. My reservation was for a king bed. The lady told me the single king rooms were out of order. I asked what that even means, out of order? She just said they were not available for us and all we could have is the two queen beds. That was a bummer for us.
I wish they would have at least mentioned that beforehand so we could have stayed at the Hampton Inn in advance.
Just pretty disappointed overall with the experience at the Hilton.
The police presence out in front of the hotel was loud for a couple hours from about 1200-200am
