The new room looked a little worn and the heat cycled on and off all night. The breakfast was great, which is a big reason that I book often at Hampton Inns. I was pretty close to the front desk but it was still very quiet, so the sound proofing must be good.

The furniture in our room was visibly stained, the rug needed cleaned heater was noisy, pillows should be burned, in the hallway there are bleach looking stains on carpet, the 4th floor ice machine has been broken for at least a couple months. The front desk staff are absolutely awesome, breakfast always looks appealing.
