The management and staff went out of their way to accommodate our group. We hope to always be able to stay at one of their properties. I have made many group reservations over the years and this by far is the easiest I have ever made for any group. Thank You again!

A bad experience from the word go. Got there and front desk attentdent was rude from the start. First stating that we did not have reservations there and we probably booked at another hotel. She then proceeded to list other hotels. We insisted we were here (booking for a wedding nearby) and eventually she was able to find our two room reservations. ($50.00 dollars per room higher than booking with a third party on line.) We were then informed that the rooms were not ready (even after 3:00 pm) due to the elevator breaking down. Waited in lobby for about an hour. We asked a couple of times about the availability and we received the same attitude. (Not one apology.) Eventually rooms were available. Leaving the next day and once again the elevators were down with staff stuck in elevator. Brought everything down from the 5th floor. Went to front desk asking for the manager (Connie H.) but not available. Got the same person as the day before and the same attitude. Then it struck me why this person never wore a name tag. Not surprising. Adios H.I & Suites.

There is no safe in the room for travellers from outside the country. So basically you can’t store your valuables safely. No water in the room. Water is a basic human need and should be free. When called reception for water…they said since we are blue club members there is no water provided. Spend more money to get water which is suppose to be free?…no thanks
