Beware of the night manager at this location!! She calls herself a manager even though she isn't but when I arrived she wouldn't let me in the door even though I had a suit on and a suitcase so it's pretty obvious I'm a customer and she made me get on the phone check the reservation before she even opened the door while I'm out in the cold. Then she slams the phone down in my ear and I can see her from the entryway that she did that on purpose. Basically she was upset that she got pulled away from whatever she was doing in her back office probably watching a YouTube channel and she had to actually take care of servicing a customer. Normally Hampton Inn is the best place I love to go there but this particular manager is destroying the image of the company single-handedly.

Do not go to this Hampton Inn (Bricktown) location. It has mean-spirited front desk people in the night shift. There are plenty of other great Hampton Inn locations in OKC where you'll actually be treated like a valued customer. Thank you.

Daytime staff is nice, beds and room were good, but the midnight manager failed to mention the fact that they are an unusual location that has breakfast only going to 9am, whereas all other locations normally go to 10am! Apparently they're a "test site" for Hampton Inn to try out new things, like shafting their customers for 1 hour breakfast time. I look forward to breakfast and it's a big part of why I go there and I got there at 9:10am and it's already closed! There are a lot of unusual unpleasant anomalies at this Hampton Inn, so my advice is go to a different one outside of the OKC city center and save yourself from multiple unpleasant disappointments.

I had a disaster of a day from being attacked by a dog, delayed 3 hour to arriving only to find out our booking dates were wrong. we had booked a room for the night but when I pulled up the confirmation to check in the dates were in fact incorrect and for the following week. I explained the situation to the girl at the front desk and she politely informed me that I was not the only person this had happened to. Apparently there had been many guests with glitches thru booking.com, enough that she wasn't surprised or as shocked as I myself was. I told her that the booking clearly stated that it was non refundable for any reason and she eased my mind and reassured me that it could be canceled and refunded as the error was on the system end. She let me know that she couldn't do anything to get it cancelled and refunded but that her manager would be in in the morning and could. She gave me a number to try to reach booking.com myself to inniate the process but after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, I felt defeated and decided to let it be tomorrow's worry while I tried to salvage the rest of today. They did not have any whirlpool suites available which was completely understandable considering but they did have a similar king suite with a bathtub where I could soak my leg and got us booked correctly in it for the night AND at a slightly discounted rate so I didn't cost me anymore than my original booking. She gave us our keys, let us know where parking was located and again reassured me that management could get the initial booking canceled and refunded and let us know she was leaving a note for them to see in the morning explaining the situation. We went to our room, settled in, soaked for a bit and then headed out to our show. We enjoyed the evening and the very short walk from our hotel to the comedy club we went to and we had a good night's sleep afterwards. When I checked my phone in the morning before 8am the manager had already arrived and had initiated a fee free cancellation request and approved it on her end. I simply had to click an "I accept button" it was done. Cancelled and refund for the incorrect dates was already pending in my bank account. I was so relieved that I didn't have to start my day with that headache and hastle and I didn't just lose a few hundred dollars due to an error and zero cancellation policy thru booking.com. The hotel did not have to do ANYTHING! They very easily could have said "sorry about your bad luck" kept the original incorrect booking fee and booked another more expensive room on arrival or even told us they had no rooms available. Many would have done just that. By taking the time to see us and relate on a personal level and going above and beyond to not only accommodate us but to see that the error got corrected and refunded they earned our repeat business and gained mad respect. I would give customer service 10 stars if I could.

If you like howling karaoke singers late at night or a wild loud band across the street, you've found the perfect location. If you want a good nice sleep though, go to a different hampton inn!
