The rooms and staff were great. We mainly went for the pool, and were slightly disappointed. They kept the pool room too cold to the point my kids were shivering and blue the entire time. Also, they don’t keep their first aide kit stocked in the pool area so if you get hurt you have to walk all the way to the front desk just to get bandaids. Other than that the rooms were clean (other than we had no bags in any of our trash cans). The staff was extremely friendly and the location was great.

We came through over the holidays with our two young kids and booked for the pool! While the pool itself was great, the air quality was super poor and our kids had major lung problems about 20 minutes into the swim. We’ve visited a lot of hotel pools and seemingly, this was the worst. Our kids coughed for the next 48 hours. On top of that our room price doubled after bringing our pup and parking. $150 for the room and we ended at $324 with those additions plus room tax. We could have cried! If you want to splurge, go here! Had the air quality and chemicals been good I think I wouldn’t have felt so bad about the price but yeesh.

The customer service was okay, The parking wasn't great and figure that you would have some kind of warning that the parking was going to be $28 extra per night before arrival. The complimentary breakfast was honestly worst than any I've seen in a hotel before and no sausage but they had bacon. Just my personal feeling but seems hotel is just trying to make money over service and hospitality.

Our room was very nice and beds were comfy , the downfall is the parking you have to pay 27 dlrs to park . My only issue is when I reserve the room and checked in they verified with me I could have the late checkout at 1:00 pm , regular check out is 11 am , but at 10:00 am the door opened and house keeping came in , they didn’t knock or anything just used the key and walked in seeing my husband and myself naked because we had just walked out of the bathroom from showering .The breakfast was really good also , they had eggs , sausage, waffles fruit cereal and a lot more , they also have free complimentary coffeee and tea in the lobby xx staying in bricktown you can go wrong so many restaurants to choose from in walking distance also . We will be back .

This place is great!! Good nights rest in a very comfy king bed. (Room 702) Paid the extra $30 for the hot tub suite. Totally worth it!! The breakfast was good and warm. Complementary coffee and tea. There was only 2 cons: 1. Parking is extra ($26) 2. Water and snacks were $2-$7 I recommend bringing a case of water and your own snacks. The parking can't be helped. It's downtown and the hotel goes right to the ballpark. I do recommend the hotel. You can never go wrong with Hampton!! ^__^
