  Agreed hotel in need of a refresh - which appears is starting soon. The fitness room has been in sad shape for at least several months, smelling wet, and evidence of rust on the equipment. The pool was closed as well. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, if dated. It overlooked the river and a walking path, which was nice. Breakfast was a little lacking. Service was great, but a fitness center is important to me as much as I travel, so this hotel won't work for me again until it's fixed.

  Filthy!!!!!!! $134 a night… pool was out of order. Sheets had old candy stuck to them and in the bed. I found a little 6 legged bed bug pal…Walls splattered with blood spots, shoe scuffs, and broken tiles. Coffee (I hope) splatters on bathroom walls. The main door was broken and had been fixed at a point, but badly. Bathroom door was damaged. Body sweat stains on the upholstered furniture. Wood furniture broken, jagged edges with nails, a broken microwave and the smell of mildew everywhere! Don’t stay here or any Hilton property in OKC! We are sleeping in our car tonight!

  It looks kinda old because the couch has like a hole in it.... but good for stay 1-2 days max🤷🏻‍♀️

  I stayed here for one night. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast was nice and clean. A good variety for all. However, the rooms were a bit dirty and off putting. They left no soaps for the bathroom. The room was not ready to check in at all.

  All the pictures of raggedy old couch should’ve served me as warning but I didn’t think much of it. Little did I know, that was the sign of lack of management because they choose to ignore what can bring better satisfaction to their customers. The lack of that professional mindset showed as soon as we stepped in, with the front desk person staring at her phone until we first said “hello”. We checked into our room and immediately we saw signs of wear and tear throughout the furniture. The shower also didn’t drain fast so my ankles were half deep in the water. The faucet in the sink also started leaking even when it was tight shut. There was someone else’s hair stuck on the wall. If it wasn’t for the free EV charging in the parking lot, I would’ve checked out as fast as I could. Look somewhere else to stay if you’re passing through this area.
