- CHChelsie HillNov 16, 20251.0We spent $270 on 2 nights. Checked in really early Thursday and checked out Friday afternoon. The beds were like sleeping on cardboard and the pillows let you sink till your head touched the bed through the pillow. I left with severe back pain and exhausted from not being able to sleep well. We were messing around with a black light in the hotel room and we found multiple spots and splatters on the furniture and walls that glowed with the UV light. Altogether it was an awful stay and probably will not return to another location.

On the way home, they had us take the airport express back, which was exceptionally quick. Chris at the front desk was amazing and helpful throughout the entire process. Will definitely stay here again.

"ID", "Card", "5th Floor". 0 customer service. The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff however were very friendly. You switch them with the front desk staff and you have a good hotel
