All the pictures of raggedy old couch should’ve served me as warning but I didn’t think much of it. Little did I know, that was the sign of lack of management because they choose to ignore what can bring better satisfaction to their customers. The lack of that professional mindset showed as soon as we stepped in, with the front desk person staring at her phone until we first said “hello”. We checked into our room and immediately we saw signs of wear and tear throughout the furniture. The shower also didn’t drain fast so my ankles were half deep in the water. The faucet in the sink also started leaking even when it was tight shut. There was someone else’s hair stuck on the wall. If it wasn’t for the free EV charging in the parking lot, I would’ve checked out as fast as I could. Look somewhere else to stay if you’re passing through this area.

Great staff, personable, respectful and helpful. Management listens, is accommodating and always respectful and eager to assist. Rooms are dated, but are about to be renovated 👏 Beds are comfortable and the pillows are Fantastic! The breakfast * Regina serves are phenomenal and so is her hands on service 🙌

Wow, just WOW. I had a reservation at this hotel tonight which is 1/2 way between my home in Abilene and my parents home in KC and I woke up with the worst GI issues today. So, I thought to myself - no biggie - it's a 4 hour drive - I can go anytime really - and still arrive in time to get a good nights sleep. So I have tried to leave for OK three times today between 3:30 and 5:30 and each time I have had to turn back because my stomach was cramping. I called the hotel to tell them I realized it was too late to cancel the reservation and receive a refund but I needed to book a new reservation for tomorrow night and the Manager Sai told me he could just transfer my reservation to tomorrow night and keep the same confirmation number. Pretty cool Christmas present, RIGHT??

We spent $270 on 2 nights. Checked in really early Thursday and checked out Friday afternoon. The beds were like sleeping on cardboard and the pillows let you sink till your head touched the bed through the pillow. I left with severe back pain and exhausted from not being able to sleep well. We were messing around with a black light in the hotel room and we found multiple spots and splatters on the furniture and walls that glowed with the UV light. Altogether it was an awful stay and probably will not return to another location.
