This was a subpar Hilton property. I booked the reservation through the app. The elevator was out of order which was not disclosed to us prior to the stay, and from the looks of the Google reviews this elevator has been broken for a long time. The hotel should be disclosing this and/or calling each reservation to notify people of this prior to check in to give them the chance to switch properties prior to the cancellation deadline. The property has a significant amount of deferred maintenance. The room heat/AC could never keep the room at a comfortable temp. We were constantly having to turn up/down. I would never stay here again and will ensure none of my family choose this property when staying in the area.
Absolutely unacceptable! I stayed in room 520 and it was crawling with bedbugs. Straight-up nasty! Everyone got bitten. On top of that, the elevator didn’t work and the water fountains were broken. When I reported it, they didn’t even help me. They said they’d refund me and then kicked me out because they had no other rooms and couldn’t help me book anywhere else. Ruined my stay and it’s a health hazard. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
Honestly, this was a horrible experience. I stayed in room 520 and it had bedbugs. Not one, several. The mattress was infested and it was straight-up disgusting. I discovered this around 1:30 a.m., which made the situation even worse.
I went to the front desk immediately. They did check availability at another hotel within the same chain, but that was pretty much it. There were no rooms available, and since they had nothing else to offer, I was told they would refund me and that I had to leave. At 1:30 in the morning.
I ended up having to make my own reservation at a completely different hotel just to have somewhere safe to sleep that night. It was stressful, exhausting, and not something anyone should have to deal with in the middle of the night.
This completely ruined my stay and created a serious health concern. I would not recommend this place. Please be careful before booking here.

This hotel is not up to the usual Hilton standards. Dirty diaper on the front walk when I checked in, still there when I left the next morning. The elevator is not working and looks like it has been out for awhile since the signs look worn. Rooms definitely outdated with worn furniture, small TV, desk chair was uncomfortable, peeling wall paper, popcorn ceilings, one lamp wasn't working and bathroom counter was dirty. Bright spots, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and plenty of hot water.

First, as of mid Feb 2026, the elevators don't work! They did let us know at check in but at that point it wasn't worth it to us to go elsewhere as it was 10 PM. Got to room, no shower gel and was told at front desk that they don't have extra bars of soap to use for showers. We were told housekeeping could come replace the shower gel in morning but that didn't solve the issue now which we needed. Also the tv wouldn't work (we did finally crawl under and see it had somehow come unplugged behind the heavy stand/table.) We finally asked to be switched to a different room and they did do that. Shower/tub does not drain so you end up standing in water. Also every time you flush the toilet, it seemed like the water would come up very high before going down. Breakfast was fair.
