We canceled our reservation upon going to our room. At check in the elevators were broken. Then when we got to our room it was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole building was not clean and very outdated. It was 78 degrees in our room and the air conditioner smelled like musty mold. As a rewards member, this was unacceptable and not up to Hilton standards. I will give a shout out to the manager who refunded the money used to book and was very helpful with hearing about my concerns.

This is the worst hotel in OKC, First off it’s infested with roaches, the walls are falling apart, paint coming off the walls. Popcorn ceiling chipping off. Elevator doesn’t work, smells musty. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

The staff at this location is by far the best out of all the Hampton Inns I have stayed at, especially Jamel. Jamel was so incredibly helpful and kind, I had had several questions/needed help throughout my stay and without hesitation he had solutions. Thank you so much!!

My family and I stayed here while my dad was nearby in an ICU. We got two rooms, in which there was a condom wrapper behind one of the beds. We were able to get a new room after that. I wanted to take a shower but it kind of looked gross and discolored. The sheet was falling off the corner of my bed, and we had to use the stairs to get to Our rooms. The breakfast was not good at all. The bed wasn’t horrible comfortability wise but I probably wouldn’t recommend this place.
