Forgive me if I mispel any names but Nan, John and Danika were all very nice and accommodating. The price was not only competitive to other hotels in the area, they had better everything dollar per dollar. If you need to stay in the area, I highly recommend this location.

For example, we had to clean yucky sticky stuff off the bath counter and bedroom side tables. There was something brown smeared on the bed covers. The upholstered chair had a white, flaky substance on the back of the chair. These are just samples of inexcusable housekeeping gaffs. We will not stay at this hotel again.

We notified the front desk and she was very apologetic and offered to move us to another room. We declined as we had already unpacked everything. We weren't staying in it other than to sleep so that's another reason we didn't move. Below our standards for Hampton Inn for sure but the front desk lady(sorry I didnt get your name) was very caring. The breakfast was great and it was a nice, quiet overnight stay.
- CSCindy StanleyOct 15, 20251.0The front desk guy offered me a discount if I wanted to pay 100.00 CASH!! Room 212 appeared to be clean. Pulled back the covers and the sheets had not been changed!! Long black hairs and some short curly hairs also! You could see right where some had laid in the bed. There was crusty mucus on one of the pillows!!! I went down to the front desk to tell them and the same guy that offered.The discount for cash said that he had no other rooms available but the entire back of the parking lot was completely empty. I was told I could accept that room or I would have to leave!!!!! Also a piece had fallen off from under the air conditioner.
