Everything was fine. Seemed clean but looked well worn, dingy. Everything worked though. Beds were very good. Coffee was weak , poor quality, light roast. In the room, packets were dark roast but maker was dusty, no thanks. They lost a star on coffee quality. Skipped their breakfast as we needed McD for coffee anyway.

We’ve stayed at plenty of Hampton Inns. Would not recommend this one. In our room there were dozens of paint spots on the wall, one of the night stands was broken underneath, there was no conditioner in the bathroom (almost like they just didn’t put the bottle back when refilling it or something), and the tv doesn’t face the bed so you have to turn it quite a bit if you want to watch it. The curtains also don’t close so the only curtain covering the window was the sheer see through one. We had to use a hanger to clip the curtains together to block out light and have any privacy. We also went down to breakfast a few minutes after 9 after checking times online and 90% of it was put away and the sign on the wall that says it was open until 10 had a piece of paper covering the times when we went to check as we were leaving. The area was not roped off to signify it was even closed when we went. Very disappointed with our stay and will not be coming back.

The Hampton is just that a Hampton. However my wife and I had money and clothes and shoes come up missing. Mgr. said her people wouldn't do that, but wouldn't look at the cameras to see what all was taken. Never got our Jordans back my wife's 3 bra's. And the clothes they did bring wasn't even ours. The safe didn't even work.

Desk clerk did not ask for my ID at check in. He spent a lot of time with the guests in front of me, including repeating their room number aloud for whole lobby to hear. When we got to our room, the vacuum was sitting in the hall in front of our door. The room was 'clean', but missing a set of towels and soap. I went to front desk to ask for restock, and back door was propped open with a small rock. I kicked the rock out and secured the exit door. Upon telling the front desk, he said it was just a guest doing that but not to worry because there's security that drives around. (can't confirm or deny because I didn't see any) When I returned to my room, the digital key didn't work. Another trip to the front desk, and his response was, "That's why I gave you a key card" I had to ask for another one so we each could have one. However, the original key card no longer worked. Unsupervised kids in the weight room coming from the pool, no sign stating age requirement. Breakfast was standard, hot and timely. Thought we were going to miss it because desk clerk told us started at 7:00, and we needed to be on the road early, fortunately it was ready at 6:00. Easy to access the interstate, but far enough away that we didn't have to hear it. Upon check-out, the morning desk attendant was friendlier, and when she asked how our stay was, I told her I was underwhelmed. I asked if we could have water, since it wasn't offered to us at check-in. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed one night in the hotel and it will very likely be our last. The staff were pleasant BUT our room reeked of urine. If my babies hadn't already fallen asleep as we were carrying them in, I would have requested a different room. The shower looked stained and we decided not to shower while we were there. I told the staff of the smell and they offered a discount, which turned out to be a sad $10. The breakfast was alright, nothing special. If you have low standards, this is your place. Edit to add. I contacted their customer support as suggested. It takes you to the same people already giving the lackluster care.
