The hotel was fine and breakfast was what I expected. However, although the guide in the room suggested we had a lot of TV channels, we did not. Only about 20% of them worked. I asked the front desk about it and they said that Cox was updating service and there was nothing they could do. But they weren't apologetic and I thought they could have told us up front when we checked in.

The room was okay. The bed was comfortable. The down fall for this was we stayed Dec 9th. With us booking through BOOKING.COM with my bank account and paid for.
Next thing I know my husband is getting charged $100 on his debit card he put on file (when they ask when you check in) on Dec 31st cause we didn’t show up for our four night reservation? I called and they had no idea but they have to charge it cause we didn’t show up. Of course we didn’t show up, we didn’t book it! And why the hell would they still have my husbands card on file? That’s fraud. So now we are battling this. And I had to ask to cancel this stupid 4 night reservation cause hell, we don’t want to keep getting charged for something we didn’t do.

I had hopes that this would be a pleasant hotel. Saw that it had been remodeled and renamed. What I found odd was when I pulled up there was someone at the front desk. By the time I walked in that person was no longer there. I had to say hello twice to get them to come up, I was barely greeted. Noticed there was never someone at the desk other times I walked by. Not what I usually experience staying at an IHG hotel. We were put on the first floor since we had dogs with us. Which they charge $25 per animal for those traveling with pets. The room was ok, kind of drab and dark. No coffee maker in the room. An old microwave that I’m not sure works the way it’s supposed to. A fridge that needed defrosting. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom was somewhat clean, although was missing hand wash. The bathtub doesn’t drain. Water cuts off randomly. Not really any dresser to put stuff in. . The climate control is either hot or freezing, no matter what you set the temp at. If the ac is on it’s really cold. But the room heats up once the ac turns off. I swear they put all of the guests in the same area. It’s loud, people slamming doors all night. Can hear through the walls, quite a bit of noise kept us from sleeping well. Breakfast was mediocre. Juice seems watered down. And like others said the fruit looked bad. The oatmeal didn’t look good. Eggs runny. I opted for pastries and coffee. Overall I was disappointed with my stay. Won’t stay here again.
