The evening complimentary refreshments with drinks (alcohol or non alcoholic) is worth the trip to the lobby! Our room was a king suite, we had 2 big screen TVs. Overall customer service was great, staff was friendly and made sure our stay was awesome! Will always stay here when in the area.

Our specific room had an issue with the air conditioning where it rattled loudly the entire time. It was somewhat difficult to sleep through but what prevents me from giving 5 stars is that, when I simply informed the front desk staff member that it may need some servicing, they disregarded me and told me that their A/C at home rattles too, and that it's normal. I did not feel the same and shared that it made it hard to sleep, and they continued to pass me off, and said they've gotten use to their A/C and it doesn't bother them anymore. Again, I was simply trying to be helpful and report a possible issue so they could repair it, as I'm sure if people do not inform them, they may not know there's an issue. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service of the front desk staff member.
