Wouldn’t allow my 7 month old to crawl around, it was just plain nasty. It was non refundable but after calling chase travel and explaining how awful it was, they called the hotel and I received all my money back. I immediately booked the Omni. The only reason I even considered staying here was proximity to airport and the rating online and photos which all are clearly fabricated. Again this place is just flat out nasty.

The main lobby areas had undergone some improvements and the elevators worked this time! I hope to see improvements to the rooms on our next visit, as they are still very tired - hence the 4 stars. Keep up the improvements - they are much appreciated!
- NNNone NeededNov 7, 20253.0Very clean but unsanitary in the food areas as dogs are allowed in there. I'm a dog friendly person but not all like dogs at the food bar. I try to find hotels that do not allow pets but in this case had to book here with co workers. The rooms are very nice and clean and located near the airport. Dogs around the food or in food areas is unsanitary!

I ordered a drink from Clay, I was ready to checkout and Clay was nowhere to be found for about 15 min so I payed the bartender. 2 nights later I went back to the bar and was accused of not paying him. He made a scene in front of other patrons. It was very unprofessional. Mind you I’m a Diamond Member and travel every week around the county for my job. What he failed to realize is that if had been doing his job I wouldn’t have had to pay the bartender. This experience could change my mind about staying in any future Hilton brand hotels.
