  Area is sketchy at best. Room was filthy and outdated. Blood on the bathroom floor and wall. Hair on the wall and in the tub. Poo on the toilet. One of the cups to rinse after brushing my teeth looks like they just dumped out a cocktail and put it back? Found this tracking device.. stains everywhere, freezing room and air would not turn off. Water smells and tastes toxic. Literally made me gag. Breakfast was not good either. Expected more from embassy. Very disappointing.

  We stayed for 6 days and had a great experience. The breakfast and social hour were wonderful perks. There were quite a few kids there over the weekend for a wrestling tournament, which made it a little wild at times, but it didn’t take away from our stay. Overall, we had an awesome time and will definitely be back!

  Absolutely the worst service. The creepy security guard Andrew made the weekend miserable. He put a curfew at 930 pm one night and 11pm the next for adults, and called the cops on people sitting in the lobby. The security guard was wearing a body cam around all of the children in their bathing suits. The general manager Delmus Gobble was zero help. Delmus says he will talk to his security because he is not suppose to wear body cams. Definitely will not be taking our business back here. Delmus also says that because some kids were not acting properly they had to put a curfew on everyone at the hotel. We were not allowed to leave our rooms or we would be escorted out by police for not following the creepy securitys personal curfew for adults

  This place was absolutely awful . The most of the staff was rude . The hostess complained that we waited til 10:00 to go down for breakfast when they didn’t close til 10:30. The cook gripped that he had to do his job and the line was long. The staff in the breakfast area watched a lady with her one month old daughter slip and fall causing her to drop the one month old and not a single staff member walked over to help or see if her and the baby was ok. If that was the only hotel in okc available I would rather sleep in my car then spend one night at there hotel.

  Overall a decent hotel! We only stayed for one night during our trip. The guy working front desk @ 7:20pm on Jan 27th was not very kind and welcoming. Definitely not a great first impression to start off our stay. Parking lot was not plowed which was a little inconvenient but was well lit. We parked our car in the lot full of stuff and it was safe overnight. It is not a secured parking lot but still felt safe due to the bright lights. The inside of the hotel was really nice and modern! The bathroom was a little small and the shower never truly got hot even after running for 15 minutes which was a bummer! The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash! They did not have any makeup remover packets or shower caps in the bathroom. The pillows were terrible, and temperature was hard to control inside the room as the A/C didn’t work so the room felt too warm at night. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food and made to order omelets which was great for gluten free eaters. They had non dairy creamer but I couldn’t find any non dairy milk (but I also never asked) Overall a decent stay!
