Attended a fundraising event in the ballroom with about 400 ladies in attendance, and a brunch buffet. The room was very nice, food was good, and service was excellent.

All employees were very accommodating to needs. Food and drink on site is a plus. I was able to work out every day. The beds are comfortable. I was able eat in my room and had all I needed during a week away from my family.

I stayed here for one night before one of my hospital shifts during the recent winter storm, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the staff who were also stuck working that weekend. Your willingness to keep the doors open while having such positive, welcoming attitudes despite the circumstances did not go unnoticed. It truly meant a lot to those of us who needed a safe place to stay. Thank you for everything!

Amazing room, comfortable beds, the room was so clean. Stayed in a premium suite and it came with snacks and a stocked wet bar full of sodas and water that is SUPPOSED to be "replenished" daily. The first day the guy didn't stock the drinks at all and when I called the front desk, they said I could go pick them up at the check in counter. Umm, no. 2nd day, i dont know if it was Housekeeping that put the DO Not Disturb sign on my door (but it wasnt me), so I got skipped for replenishing. I was leaving for the afternoon and saw the room service lady that was going room to room replenishing and asked her to stop by my room because I didnt put the sign in my door and didnt know it was there. She asked me what I needed and tried to hand it to me to carry back to my room. I was layered up ready to go out in the subzero temps, I dont have the time, nor do I work here, so I told the lady to just forget about it. I didnt think asking her to do her job would be asking too much, but whatever. That's been my only gripe about this stay. The price difference in rooms seems to be stemming from the wet bar and snacks that I cant get more of, but I was there for work and didnt pay for the room, otherwise I would actually complain to someone instead of venting on Google reviews.
