The hotel is generally not bad. But never check in in room 234 or 243. The cooling system is extremely loud and you can sleep with earplugs only. Unbelievable that such rooms exists.

Amazing place to stay, breakfast buffet included with personalized omelets. Rooms were clean and spacious. Salt water indoor pool was very enjoyable. Smoking sections around the building. Staff was very helpful and had great attitudes.

Hotel felt safe but was not the cleanest one I've stayed in. We checked in late and exhausted, also equipped with our own cleaning supplies as a precaution. We were glad of that because the bathroom counter still had Foundation makeup on it and in the sink along with some stray hairs. Bathroom shower door leaked. Otherwise, it was a nice room and close to the doctor's appointment we were traveling to the next morning. Breakfast buffet was pretty disappointing.

Very nice hotel, very clean location I feel like there wasn't too much near by atleast walking distance. I did see the state capital is 4-5 minutes away by car and it is absolutely beautiful at night.

Everything else is what we would expect from any Embassy Suites. However, their services which is the most important thing, were terrible.
Breakfast staffs really need better training or transfer to the back kitchen. They need to greet all guest with smiley faces, be helpful, and know their positions. Their role is to cook, serve food, and provide the best customer services.
Any comment, lecture, or joke to any guests is highly inappropriate. It could be something small town people like do, but not suitable for this hotel tier. Please keep in mind, this is a worldwide hotel brand, and people came from all over the world to visit the city. Staff must always keep it professional by maintaining a positive attitude, being respectful, communicating appropriately.
This Embassy Suites is by far has the worst customer service and should be downgraded. It is not up to the Embassy Suites brand standard, and their local upper management need to do something about it.
