I am a diamond member and be there to check in at 3 pm, no one at front counter.. Few of us waited about 20 mins then a young lady show up to tell anyone who has a upgrade have to wait...? Because she can not see those rooms from the computer...! Seconday morning breakfast is a buffet but not allow to order any other types of eggs.. I never even get a cookie.. I should have pick the Embassy suits down the street. What a mistake to stay a low level DoubleTree!!

This "Premium" hotel is not for the avid traveler. Anyone who has saved money traveling by purchasing their own snacks and drinks at local businesses are restricted to doing so here. You must purchase the same items you would pay less for anywhere else at double the price. Quite frankly, I was perturbed. It really put a damper on my stay. It felt like Alcatraz one way in with one way out and no commissary. The rooms were of quality but if you drank the complimentary bottle of water without being some type of rewards valued customer you would be charged for it. I'm surprised that I wasn't charged for breathing the air while on the premises. If you are an avid traveler and enjoy value do not come to this place. I repeat "do not come to this place."

overcharged me at the bar, cannot show me a receipt or help me of any kind. DO NOT spend your money here unless you have free money to give away.

We stayed one night. Upon check-in, I swiped my card and the card reader showed approved, but the receptionist said on her end it did not go through. I showed her my bank app where the charge was pending, but she insisted I swipe again. After swiping a second time, that transaction went through—however, I was charged twice. Since then, I’ve been stuck going back and forth between my bank and the hotel. The bank says I need to dispute it with the hotel, and the hotel says I need to contact the bank. It’s been frustrating trying to resolve something that happened during their check-in process. Another thing to note: breakfast is $15 per person for a very basic breakfast that many other hotels include for free. Also, be careful with the water bottles in the room—they are $3 per bottle. I misunderstood the signage and thought some were complimentary, which was my mistake. Aside from the billing issues, the room itself was decent and the hotel was quiet. However, the double charge and extra fees really impacted our experience.
