- MFMark Foster2 days ago3.0Rooms are comfortable just the breakfast was where I was disappointed. The food side was ok. I get it your not putting out an extra large speed. The coffee from the machine that grinds it was watered down very week, the Juice Machine didn't have any juice. The One labled Orange Juice was supposed to be pineapple mango but it had a color but no flavor. The other 3 didn't have anything it was water.

Rooms had mini fridge and a microwave in the lobby. Staff was friendly and attentive. Never had a wait and always available for assistance.

I wish the administration called me. I opened a claim about this unacceptable conduct. We all deserved to be treated with respect and comprehension. I'm a diamond member elite from IHG, as a member this hotel is the worst experience we've ever had. I found he's name later, His name is Robert and this gentleman need to be removed from customer service immediately. I'll be sure avid corporate and IHG both know about this guy.
- EEEnemyApr 12, 20264.01st I was picked up very quickly by the hotel shuttle upon arriving at the airport. I made a call to the hotel and the driver was there within 10 minutes. I was very impressed! Upon arriving at the hotel which is close to the airport I was helped and checked in very quickly. They have a breakfast from 6:30 to 9am and water and ice dispenser on each floor. My room is very clean and modern. Everything was up to date including bathroom. I will definitely stay here again if need to.

However, it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed like at some other hotels, and a couple of pillows still had makeup stains. Overall, it’s a solid 4-star stay with a comfortable environment and good service.
