  The breakfast was good. Many things were not in the room, iron, ironing board.

  Checked in April 8th, 2026. Given room key, went to room, it was dirty. Many other rooms had signs hanging on them not ready. We were given another room, it had no heat or air and maintenance had left for the day. Mold in window along with drywall coming down. Only one door to access the property (the front), the side doors were out of order for entering. Pool and hot tub were down for maintenance (not stated on IHG site) Outdated furniture in the sitting area of the suite. TV had sound, but no picture. Beds were very comfortable. This property is located in a busy area for conferences with other hotels near by. For what we paid, definately not worth the stay, unfortunately.

  The only reason this hotel got four stars instead of five was the rooms and elevators. I don't know if they are going through renovations or what, but only one elevator was working and the control panel was held on by plastic and tape. The room was spacious, but the pull out bed didn't have sheets and they didn't have any sheets or blankets for it in the room. Usually hotels have those in the closet or an ottoman for the pull out couch. The AC was great, we kept it at 67° and it was able to keep up. There was paint chipping off the walls and the shower head and curtain rod had, what looked like mold spots on it. They could use better lighting in the room with the pull out bed. The pool was closed the day we arrived for "maintenance", but it was open the next morning. I will say that it was a heated pool and around the hot tub smelled like urine, so we just stayed in the pool area. Other than that, it is a great location. It's right off the highway next to a lot of shopping and resurants. It's easily accessible and there was plenty of parking.

  BUG ALERT Called for a reservation on short notice therefore was told they were sold out except the only rooms available being the suites. Everything was going OK until I needed a facial tissue and when I pulled it from the box a cockroach came out with it. I killed it with the tissue and placed the tissue in the small plastic cup. Took the cup to the front desk and started a conversation with “You may not want to see what’s in the cup.” I explained what happened, she wanted to see the bug then offered another room (non-suite, I thought they were full) so I just asked if she could discount the room, since the base cost was almost $300.00. The answer was no but she could place extra reward points on my account. It was that or nothing. I had reserved 2 rooms and later wanting a shower there was no hot water in both rooms. Letting the water run for over 20 minutes, finally the straight hot water only was just warm enough to shower. Since the location was full maybe their hot water system may have maxed out if everyone was showering near the same time Later after seeing the padded headboard, in my opinion this location may need an updating. The door in the second room was off center and required you to push/pull to close or open. Next morning I talked to the manger explained what happened and that the night clerk did indicate she would place points on my account. He apologized for the issues, took notes to have the issues addressed. He also placed extra points on my account.
