Arrived later in the evening and there was still enough diamond elite parking open (thank you for the extra reserved spots). The hotel is in a beautiful, safe area. The entrance is grand and welcoming. Check in was quick and impersonable. We really only stayed to sleep as it was a quick turn around but it was a quiet stay (even though it was a Fri night and there were several kids here). I would recommend.

They did move us to another room, but did not help us. The new room had sticky carpet by the desk. When we were leaving, the elevator did not work and we were on the 4th floor. Afterwards asked they sent a young man to help with our luggage. I am elderly and disabled, it was very hard to make it down the stairs. I don't believe we will stay there again.
