- LBLadelle Bates2 days ago5.0Breakfast was outstanding each morning I've been here 3 mornings so far and have 27 more to go. Susan takes care of the food service has been here 7 or 8 years does a outstanding job. The first night I came in I had problems with the fancy lighting in the room and I want you to know the next morning installed went down for breakfast and Susan ask me how the breakfast was and my nights stay I told her about the lighting and she told me that she could help with that and away we went to my room. She had it fixed in a flash and I being tried never saw that switch. What a jewel the owner has in that lady. She totally gets the customer service. All the staff have been great hear and I totally recommend this Holiday Inn express. Rooms are nice and clean also.
- BBBo BrooksNov 16, 20253.0Not a bad stay. The breakfast had a lot of variety but it was luke warm. Someone had vandalized the cable in the area so there was no TV available all weekend. I realize it's not their fault however, some sort of discount should have been in order especially since there was no advanced warning before arrival. Pool, sauna and hot tub were great.

They went above and beyond to give my daughter a fun stay, Ms. Mandy at the front desk in particular. This was the best trip and I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Muskogee. The location was great being next to restaurants, shopping and coffee too. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Muskogee- you are the best!!!

The room was clean/cozy, the breakfast is the best we've ever had at a hotel by far, and Ms. Susan made the experience one we will never forget with her kindness toward us and her lovely stories/advice about recovering from reverse shoulder replacement surgery. We will most certainly be returning next time we find ourselves in Muskogee <3
- CECindy EsslOct 25, 20255.0We had to stay unexpected and we came inside instead of reserving online. The ladies at the front was amazing and allowed us to check in early so we could rest. They recommended a great place to eat for dinner. The next morning at the continental breakfast Susan and the other lady was so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was one of the better ones we have had at holiday inn express! Thank you all for your warm welcome.
