Our room had comfortable beds with quality mattresses and pillows - very important! Oddly, the reservation system showed that only rooms with a single King bed were available, but when we got there the talkative SoCal guy told us they only had rooms with two Queens - which we greatly preferred! The bathroom was where Candlewood really dropped the ball - poor caulking and someone else's hair left on the soap tray. Also, there was no towel rack, and no fan - a pretty big omission. Just a question: why do hotels use curtains that billow out when the A/C is on?

This is a nice hotel to stay in.If you happen to stay in your room. The almost 2 weeks I stayed here, I could almost swear the elevator lobby on the 3rd floor never got vacuumed because each day there would be about ten or more accumulated pieces of little papers/trash/debris and such on the carpet , which you cannot help noticing because you're waiting for the elevator. The elevator tracks don't seem to have ever been cleaned since a couple of months ago, maybe, but that's really no big deal but it really does stick like a sore thumb if you happen to notice. Do not ever expect to get a smile or even a hello as you walk in or out of the hotel , but if you can get past all of that , it really is a decent place to stay. This is really awkward for such a hotel that has a lot of potential. The rooms or at least the one that I stayed in on the third floor was pretty nice for the price and seemed new with no where and tear would you assumption of a few kitchen utilities missing also no pots and pans to cook with , you might want to bring your own. Water pressure is great, the t v has a lot of decent channels and very clear pictures. The doors you will notice slam like there is no tomorrow! I am sure nobody is intentionally doing this , but if you accidentally let go of the door, it will close so hard that you will be able to hear it through quarters of the way down the hallway , all during your stay. Don't say I did not warn you. If you are some kind of elite member , don't expect anything not even an offer for water or points, your personnel here went up bother asking you. If you can get past the minuscule details of front desk and the door slamming. You should have no problem staying here. It is worth the money. 12 12 2025

Dee who was supposed to be at the front desk was on his phone in the lobby and gave an extremely unpleasant attitude after we told him multiple times we needed to check in, after I settled in my room I headed back downstairs to ask him for a IT support number and he was no help with that either stating there was no number I could call in a rude condescending tone
