This location was very reasonably priced for our short stay and offered a full hot breakfast, including eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and more. The guest room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. We frequently travel between Kansas and Texas and often stay overnight to break up the drive. This property met our needs very well, and we will certainly choose to stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

- JMJim MorrisDec 22, 20251.0Rooms, carpets, and walls were very dirty and the beds are so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The very small shower enclosure had fresh red splatters of unknown origin splattered on the ceiling and walls. The bathroom door had an unknown chemical white powdery substance splotches all over the inside of the lower door and the door frame. All basebords were covered with dirt and dust. The windows are cheap allowing the noise from I35 traffic to be deafening most of the time. There are black spots on wall that might be mold. The "buffet breakfast" was not good. The scrambled eggs tasted like rubbery powdered eggs, the sausage and potatoes tasted like old leftovers that had been reheated. The potatoes were so hard I couldn't stick a fork into them. The juices, coffee, toast, cereal, muffins, cornflakes, and waffles were good. The price was ok.
