- BRBrian & Chantelle ReadApr 19, 20261.0I arrived at this hotel WITH confirmation of booking. The hotel told us they were overbooked and had no record of our booking. We booked through Priceline. A Priceline representative called the hotel the next day and miraculously the Candlewood employee found our reservation. I would NOT recommend this hotel because of their very poor customer service.

Accommodated our request for an extra blanket and late departure. The room was clean and surprisingly equipped enabling us to heat and prepare leftovers from dinner the night before. The bed was clean and very comfortable, and I appreciated pillows that were comfortable/flatter/softer! Room temperature was great and it was nice to have a cooler bedroom with the door shut with a little higher temp in the living area! I recommend! Very comfortable!

Everything was well maintained and tidy. The staff were also very kind and helpful during my stay. Overall, it was a good and comfortable place to stay, and I would recommend it to others.
