Our insurance company refuses to let us stay anywhere but here. Despite me pleading to pick a different hotel. I always have issues with this place and this stay is no different. It is me and my four kids, we need some extra pillows since we have so many people. The lady at the desk told me that it is their “policy” to not allow people xtra pillows in a room. Which is obviously complete bs. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never been denied something as small as an extra pillow. So, currently I am staying in this hotel without a pillow. My kids come first, so I am the one that suffers due to the laziness and incompetence of the front desk staff. I truly hope you are happy with yourself. You saved an extra minute of your day to make my 2 week stay a miserable experience. As this staff always seems to accomplish. On top of that they just randomly decide to cut the power to the vehicle chargers for no reason at all. I came out last week to head to work only to find that my vehicle did not charge overnight. I had to stop and charge it which made me late to work. I despise this place and will never stay at any Hilton hotel for the rest of my life if I can avoid it. For a company in the hospitality business, you are incredibly bad at hospitality. Give me a freaking pillow for the love of god. I am just dumbfounded at the lack of helpfulness of this staff.
