  I stayed 9 nights at best Western hotel. Out of them 9 nights they clean my room once. I ask from desk if I could have my room cleaned. They rite it down but nothing just one time. Then the breakfast was biscuits and gravy every morning. Most of the front desk were rude. The hot plates that keep the food warm was dirty not even sure they even clean them. I'll not stay at the hotel again. I rather drive from Paul valley then stay there . Just horrible I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Arrived to this location up for 3 1/2 hour drive, went to the first room found it dirty, toilet, not cleaned. Clock between the bed and the nightstand. Desk look like somebody ate dinner on it. Requested to move to another room. Walked into the other room, had an odor, as well as Black mold in the shower and on the bottom of the tub. +2 roaches curried along the floor. Needless to say, I ended up getting another hotel in another town close by, and the front office staff was apologetic. However, one was dressed in a T-shirt and athletic shorts. None of them were dressed professionally.

  The staff is always very welcoming and kind. Their EV Charger doesn't work, although their website advertises it, thus the reason for my one star review.
