  For a place that has a 4 star rating, this place is a complete dump. I travel frequently for work and this is, at best, 2 stars. Let me preface this by saying that I was traveling during a conference, and it seems that everyone in town is sold out, so I'm stuck here. Pros: - the staff seems friendly enough - common areas downstairs seem to be the only areas properly taken care of Cons: - wifi randomly stops working or works at dial up speeds, making any work impossible - my room smells like fish. Despite complaints, the only attempt to fix this was to spray the room with some sort of spray, which only lasted for a few minutes - everything is extremely worn, from the furniture to wallpaper peeling off of the walls; true motel vibes - missing commonplace toiletries, which were never supplied - construction on the roof. Forgivable, except the loud dropping of shingles all day long, so good luck if you are working off shift Supposedly the Hilton Garden Inn is a better, more recently renovated option if you're looking to stay at a Hilton. Don't stay here. Seriously, the recent higher star reviews smell and awful lot like a marketing attempt and don't actually reflect the current state of the property.

  Hotel is subpar at best and the problems cannot be blamed on whatever renovations they claim to be doing. We stayed in a suite which gave us the room we needed which was nice. Room itself needed some TLC. It appeared to be very dirty. The walls were dirty, silverware were put back into the drawer used, furniture was haggard, beds needed to updated to this century. Our room smelled like at one time it was a smoking room. One of our bathrooms had a plumbing issue with the sink not wanting to drain. Smelly trash was left on floors. They say that housekeeping comes every other day during your stay, but clearly they are not doing their job during those days. Covid is over and never made sense anyways, its time to clean daily and hire staff that actually do their job. Breakfast was terrible. The food barely edible. Potatoes cold, sausage sitting in grease, eggs were something else, some plates were dirty. The guy running it needed a desk job. It clearly was too much work physically for him. I watched another guest have to hunt him down to request plates and the guy handed him a stack of plates to put away. This place could really do better, and should. I know it's just Lawton, but with BCT and AIT graduations here there is a cycle of potential customers constantly. Do better to get their business. This was NOT worth my $500.

  Gem of a hotel experience in Lawton! Rooms are spacious and the beds are some of the most comfortable I've slept in, and I've been in all manner of high end hotels. Huge shout out to Evelyn, who made the breakfast experience fantastic as well-- chipotle chicken breakfast tacos?? And a free social hour with food and alcohol on Wed?? Seriously whole stay was great, and for the military folks it's under per diem too-- will definitely stay again when I'm back in Lawton

  What a gem!!!! 💎 Stayed here for a night on a work trip and holy cow. Friendly and caring staff all around. The rooms were spacious and decked out with full appliances. Dishwasher too! Everything very clean including bedding. The breakfast Evelyn puts together is top-notch. Delicious, and the rest of the kitchen staff are extremely accommodating. Above and beyond. Looking forward to coming back.

  Probably the best hotel in Lawton, moreover the best value hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s not cheap but it’s a huge upgrade from the other hotels in the area that are similarly priced. Accommodations for long term stays are rather substantial with a range, full fridge, and formidable microwave. The property chef knows what she’s doing, and the front desk attendants are competent. I found Malareece particularly helpful and diligent in maintaining the property. It’s clear that this hotel manages its talent, who in turn maintain a culture conducive to it being a, if not the, top pick in the area.
