The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous. You could tell it was in the Hilton family. Here we are, 18 hours from home. They refused to let us rent one of their many conference rooms that were all available so we can have a Thanksgiving dinner. They didn’t serve Thanksgiving food on Thanksgiving. Yesterday, we were allowed to have our alcoholic beverages in a cup. Now all of a sudden today, we can’t drink downstairs at all. Hotel is a joke and so is the manager Bridget Duvall!
