    No fault of the staff, but this was probably the worst room I've stayed in. Hotel is doing renovations, and it looked like my room was partially started. Shampoo and such pulled out of the shower walls, the shower doors barely moved and wanted to fall off track, the sink barely drained, the desk was legit bowed in the middle. There was no fridge in the room, holes in the wall where pictures had been taken down, remote wouldn't work for the TV. The quality of the staff was great and the other amenities were as they should be, was just sorely disappointed with the room.
