Only reason it’s getting 2 stars was due to the fabulous breakfast woman and Gage at the front desk who has the patience of a saint. Walls are peeling, water was cold, had to request them to turn up the hot water in our room which the maintenance man did do quickly. Watched someone else check in, who had a reservation and was stuck on flights - they called to make sure the room was still held- woman at the front desk said it would be $70 for early check in, but only $40 if it was cash- the rooms were the same ones they initially booked- why did she charge them early check in when they had made reservations and were only a late arrival? Also- why was it cheaper if they paid cash? Felt like a scam taking advantage of a family to me. Hotel needs desperate improvements. Gage and the morning breakfast woman were the only 2 that saved this from being a single star. 0/10 recommend.

Staff was great, location to Fort Sill, phenominal. No idea how good or bad breakfast was, left early to sleep in vehicle. Thanks for ruining my future travel experiences and new fear of hitch-hiking critters.

- TST SandersNov 8, 20253.0Checked in on Wednesday for four days stay. Building and accommodations were outdated and need attention. Went to my room standard king-size room was fine. However, the toilet was running continuously. Advised the front desk that the flapper on the toilet needed to be replaced. When I return to my room a few hours later, the toilet was not fixed. Definitely needs updated. Office chair in the room was ripped and in disrepair. TVs were not smart TVs. All in all it was an OK stay. As a Hilton Honors member. I am very familiar with the standards that Hilton has. This Hampton Inn was the status of a motel six. Disappointing.
