  Hotel is showing its age and they are not keeping up with repairs. I stay at Holiday Inn Express regularly. This one needs a little love. lol

  Walls are paper thin, as well as the floors.... Got to listen to extremely loud dance music until 1am... Yikes! Water is hot, room and shower are clean and a good breakfast.

  I am so happy, i never believe i will be this happy again in life, I was working as an air-hoster ( cabby crew ) for 11years but early this year, i loose my job because of this deadly disease. called Herpes virus (HSV), I never felt sick or have any symptom, till all workers were ask to bring their doctors report, that was how i got tested and i found out that am HSV positive that make me loose my job, because it was consider as an STD and is incurable .disease, i was so depress was thinking of committing suicide, till i explain to a friend of mine, who always said to me a problem share is a problem solved, that was how she directed me to Dr Uyi, that was how i contacted him and get the medication from this doctor and i got cured for real, I just went back to my work and they also carry out the test to be real sure and i was negative.   We had to add another room and it took hours before we could get another room other than that everything was great breakfast buffet great and the best part it was right next to the aquarium

  A terrible experience. I purchased 5 rooms for employees. First off, the booking experience was difficult as they got information wrong that required multiple call backs and emails. I never got received confirmations that my pre-payment was successful. I called and left messages and emailed management multiple times and never received call backs or email reply. My employees were able to check-in but every one of them said the rooms were disgusting. A chair in one of the rooms had a blood stain on it. Another said there was what appeared to be a semen stain on the seat in their room. Their was hair in the shower. One employee said when they checked in, the customer service person apologized and said "if there is someone in the room I'm giving you already, please don't yell, just let me know and we'll find another room for you. It was extremely disappointing and this will cause me to never book an IHG hotel again.
