- RMRandy n MaryDec 26, 20251.0Ok, so we came up to enjoy the Rte66 and get some scenery in. Anyway get to the Holliday Inn to find out the pool is closed, not by them but by the health dept. This is the only reason I drove 20 miles out of my way was for the indoor pool for my kids. Now I have to go through Booking.com to get my money back to get another room somewhere else. So if your looking to go somewhere with a pool, I wouldn't stop here. Also the woman working there was very rude, didn't want to help us and refused to help us with getting a refund. Do not recommend this place at all!!

Before I checked in I asked if the pool was working and I was told it was. I laid my kids down for a couple hours because we had a long drive. When we woke up to plan our time in the pool it had this sign. My family was very upset. My mom asked the lady upfront if there was a number we could call and she said “I cannot give personal numbers” instead of just giving us corporate phone numbers. Bottom line, we came for the pool. I felt like a refund should’ve been offered so we could go somewhere else.

I have tried many, many times. the General Manager, Andrea, won't address my inquiry or even call back. I will never stay here again. This company has terrible employees.

You can feel nothing but springs with just the push of your fingers and the "mattress" wouldn't lay flat because the frame was broken and bent. The shower leaked water that pooled on the bathroom floor, along with the bathroom vent not working. Breakfast was either cereal or an apple. We had gone downstairs multiple times to see if the hot breakfast advertised was out, it never was(tons of guests waiting for the same). Price advertised was over $100 less than what we were charged (stayed for 1 night).
