  A terrible experience. I purchased 5 rooms for employees. First off, the booking experience was difficult as they got information wrong that required multiple call backs and emails. I never got received confirmations that my pre-payment was successful. I called and left messages and emailed management multiple times and never received call backs or email reply. My employees were able to check-in but every one of them said the rooms were disgusting. A chair in one of the rooms had a blood stain on it. Another said there was what appeared to be a semen stain on the seat in their room. Their was hair in the shower. One employee said when they checked in, the customer service person apologized and said "if there is someone in the room I'm giving you already, please don't yell, just let me know and we'll find another room for you. It was extremely disappointing and this will cause me to never book an IHG hotel again.

  The smell of clean filled our senses upon entry. The freshly ground coffee downstairs was phenomenal. The beds & pillows lulled us to sleep fast. The modern amenities felt like home. The room was clean & quiet all night; we heard NO traffic noise at all. Breakfast was amazing!!! Hot omelets, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, bacon, fruit, juice, muffins, cereals & much more. The grab & go bags with snacks for the road really helped us get thru till the next stop. This has to be the best stay & continental breakfast we've had this entire trip. The price was even better than we expected & worth every cent. Employees were ready at anyones becoming call. I highly recommend staying here for a great night of relaxation & sleep. Bravo Holiday Inn Express!!

  The lady at front desk doesn't know what she is doing. I spent 30 minutes for checking in and still not done yet.The manager here should be fired

  We went to an MMA fight at the Casino across the river. This was a nice room. It is located right next door to the Oklahoma Aquarium, you could easily walk next door too it. There is a restaurant next door as well. We did not eat there. I admit, I was being cheap and didnt want to spend $15-18 for a burger. The staff at the hotel was friendly. The breakfast The next morning was sufficient. Most have waffle makers this one had a pancake maker. It was interesting. Made decent pancakes. We would stay here again. They have a heated-ish pool.
