You can feel nothing but springs with just the push of your fingers and the "mattress" wouldn't lay flat because the frame was broken and bent. The shower leaked water that pooled on the bathroom floor, along with the bathroom vent not working. Breakfast was either cereal or an apple. We had gone downstairs multiple times to see if the hot breakfast advertised was out, it never was(tons of guests waiting for the same). Price advertised was over $100 less than what we were charged (stayed for 1 night).

To make matters worse, they didn't inform us about the elevators being down until we arrived and I was told that the elevators were out the prior week. We had elderly people who had to walk all the way up to the third and 4th floors☹️
