  In the area for a family event. The hotel was in a good location for us. Right by the Convention Center for those who might be there. Nice large room, small sofa (pull out bed which we did not use). Comfortable bed with great pillows. Plenty of bathroom amenities which is nice. Breakfast was great the first morning with bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs and pastries. Second morning only sausage, but still a great breakfast. Did not try the make-it-yourself pancakes . Snack shop where you charge to your room rather than vending machines which is easy to use. Quiet room and hallway. We may make this our regular hotel when in the area. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance. Will try it on our next trip.

  Front Desk Associate Christina was absolutely incredible, I used a 3rd part booking agent who miss booked me by a day and she was so kind and patient while helping, And made sure we had a great stay . 10/10

  the lady christina that works the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. anytime you need anything from her it’s a hassle. i get off from a long day at work and discover my key for my room isn’t working. so i go back to the desk and see she’s on the phone. i wait a moment, then she lifts her head and looks at me as if she’s ready to help me, so i quietly tell her my room number and slide her the card trying not to interrupt her call. she then stops mid call and boldly exclaims “you can’t do that! that’s very rude of you to interrupt my call” so i tell her “i apologize i had a long day at work i just want to get to my room but i understand that’s more important” she then goes on this whole spew about how she’s on the phone with her boss and this and that which in my opinion is even worse because i’m sure her boss would want her to immediately help a guest. it makes no sense how she can stop her call to argue and call me rude but can’t stop to fix my key. it was a simple problem but she completely blew it out of the water and was very rude. not to mention the water only gets luke warm. this hotel is awful, i’ve stayed at many hotels as i travel for work and this is by far the worse one yet. i’ve stayed in off the side of the highway MOTELS with better customer service than this. do better christina because it could cost your job. i’ve seen numerous other reviews about a “rude lady” so i can only assume they are talking about her.

  Amanda and Braden were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel welcomed. Hotel is very quiet, and clean. I’m definitely staying here again.
