- JMJantzen McNacDec 23, 20252.0The lady that checked me in was very rude and made me and my family feel like a hassle the moment we arrived. I did not get her name but she was a white lady with shoulder length hair. She was upset about a new system that was put in place and did not hesitate to complain to me about it. I don’t know if she has a problem with creek nation or what but when she found out there paid for my stay which was for a week, she stated the room that was reserved for us did not match and that we only had one room. We were supposed to have adjoining room since we have a family of 7. And only after calling creek nation and her arguing with them did she try and find if another room was available, so we didn’t have to be crammed in a one bedroom. I understood if they didn’t have any more rooms as she told us we would be placed on opposite sides of the hotel.but It was not until her supervisor was standing behind her did she say there actually was an adjoining room. She stated oh it did not show it earlier. Seems convenient but ok maybe she was having a bad day. But her continued attitude throughout our stay, not only to us but witnessed to other people staying made us not even want to go downstairs or ask for anything. We used the side entrance when we knew she was there. She very dramatically sprayed Lysol after talking with a customers and by their faces probably felt the same way I did. A hassle for choosing to stay there. If given the option i would never stay there again just because of her. Every other person and worker we meet was very nice and accommodating.

- CMChad MunnNov 30, 20254.0It is what you expect. Room was clean. I do t care for the hand pump soaps. I get it, these are cost effective solutions and "greener" but the quality of Dove brand is just not as good as brands used in the past.
