Oh my gosh this hotel was a lifesaver! We had just come from a terrible hotel where we literally couldn't last another night and we called and they got us a room almost immediately. A whole lot cheaper than the old one and way bigger!! Cheap and ofc it's a little old and it's a little hard to sleep but I loved it. Army always does things right ❤️ thanks so much!!! Made soldier graduation an enjoyable experience!!!

The door was still open when we arrived. Trash on kitchen floor. Room didn't smell clean. They never brought us clean towels. Housekeeping didn't come to clean. Eating utensils in kitchen were dirty. Outside bugs on bed. Cricket was in the den on carpet. We had hot water . The breakfast is great . Omelet, biscuits gravy boiled eggs juice coffee pancakes cereal fresh fruit yogurt sausage patties pork links. Was there for fort sill family/graduation.

I recently stayed at the IHG hotel in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The room was clean and seemed recently remodeled, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of pillows, ranging from firm to soft, catering to different preferences. The hotel staff was a standout aspect of my stay. They were incredibly polite, upbeat, kind, and cheerful, making the atmosphere very welcoming. The pool out back was a pleasant surprise; it's easy to miss if you don't notice the sign in the elevator, but it was a lovely feature. One minor issue was the air conditioner, which initially didn't feel strong but worked well once it got going. This is due to an energy-saving feature that turns off the unit when you're out of the room, which is understandable and it did keep the room cool enough throughout the night. The gym, though small, had a decent selection of equipment, including dumbbells and cardio machines, which I appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options including oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs, omelets, and muffins. It was also a treat to have Costa coffee, a rare find in the U.S. There were a couple of downsides. The shower had low water pressure, though the nozzle was good enough to make up for it. More notably, one of the elevators was out of service during my stay and was never fixed, which became problematic when the other elevator also went out temporarily. However, the hotel staff was quick to address the issue. In conclusion, what you see is what you get with this IHG hotel. While there were a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was pleasant and worth the stay. I would consider staying here again.

Low rates for the traveling veterans. Dining facility located in another building 😔, gym located in another building 😔. But overall for the price, 👍🏼
