- JJJeremy2 days ago5.0I stay here a lot for work. This is surprisingly one of the better maintained and cleaner Holiday Inns I've stayed at. I had an issue with the toilet one time which was fixed immediately. The rooms are clean and well-maintained as well as the bedding. I've stayed at a lot of the hotels in the Enid area and most of them are garbage. I will continue to stay at this Holiday Inn location.

- AMAmy MaukOct 6, 20251.0I stayed in room 127....NO HOT WATER! Didn't discover there was no hot water until 10:30 p.m. The hotel was full, so I could not be moved to another room. After waiting until after midnight for "maintenance" to show up, I gave up. Still nothing the next morning. Manager calls me and tells me the best she can offer me is 3000 IHG points. Laughable. It takes around 25k points for a free room. I feel strongly that they consciously rented a room to me that they knew had malfunctioning hot water. Buyer Beware........
- SSSergioOct 5, 20251.0My vehicle was hit in there parking lot had the same paint as the vehicle that was parked next to me called them when I got to work and I had noticed when the sun was out seemed like they were gonna look into it said they would call me back received no phone call for 5 hours so I called them back another person answered said no one was parked next to me on both sides the whole night (which there were) asked if they were looking at the right vehicle and the person said to call back another day but that’s what there cameras seen and when I tried explaining to her were I parked and my make and model again she was not helpful almost seemed annoyed.
