    PRICE GOUGING! Pet owners BEWARE!!!Booked my room directly through Hilton and checked the box traveling with a pet and was charged $154. At check-in I asked if that price was correct and was told no it’s only $75 but we can’t change what the website charged. I was told to speak to a manger who told me I need to call corporate, I did and was still charged. I would think twice before staying at Hampton Suites in Enid, Oklahoma.

    Attended an event here. Didn't stay in a room but the lobby and meeting spaces were extremely clean and the staff welcoming and polite. They are also situated in a good area making it convenient and easy.

    I Checked in online the day before I picked a Non-smoking suite on the ground floor. I went to get my Digital room key. I noticed I was on the fourth floor, which is also the smoking floor on one side I called. They have no other rooms available. Apparently they gave my room away! Went directly to my room on the fourth floor Where my digital key did not work. Had to go back down to the main desk get a key come back up to the room then I kick my shoes off walked in on the entry stepped on the tack strip where the carpet pulled apart ouch! Needless to say, it was not a relaxing evening after a long day.

    Disappointing...had to cancel a reservation later than per policy due to a Hospice worker no show carrying for a very sick relative who was without his over night medical assistance. Called the hotel and they were not at all sensitive to my situation stating that I would still be charged for the night. The relative that I cared for that evening is a long time resident and a highly decorated career veteran of the US Army, now 88 years old. I asked the day manager to make the management team aware of my unusual circumstance, she indicated that the hotel ownership was not local and would not be interested in my situation and would not support my request for a one night refund. Extremely disappointed in the manner in which this was handled and in what appears to be a lack of ownership interest in any thing other than collecting fees!! I would find other options versus support this group... Regarding the response to my original post (owner response)...this is the same level of lack of sensitivity that I experienced with the daytime management team. The "thank you for your service comment" seems a bit empty and disingenuous given the reason for the cancellation was due to a hospice healthcare worker did not show up to work leaving my relative with no support which I ultimately then provided. Hiding behind a corporate cancellation policy is a cope out; irrespective of a stated policy waving of fees happens all the time as is at the discretion of the management team. A more honest response from you should have been...sorry, we want to keep your charges and we don't really care why you were a no show. My uncle served over 40 years and is well connected in the local military community in all branches of services. You can be sure that we will make it known how this facility supports those who have served.

    Awful service, I was the first person in line at 3:00pm for check than the workers “shoo’d me away”. Than they proceeded to help 5 more costumers before. Once it was finally my turn they informed the rooms aren’t ready because of checkout at 12:00pm. Than how was there 6 rooms ready before?? Whoever the manager is needs to be let go ASAP.
