    I was in town with my fiancé visiting family. Typically when we stay at hotels, we stay at Holiday Inns or avids due to the short one night stays. However, this was a three day/two night stay and it was perfect. All the staff was amazing and so very helpful. Especially the two very lovely girls who worked morning and evening due our stay. The housekeepers that we ran into were also very pleasant! Next time we come to Enid, this hotel will be our first choice.

    I have a crew working in Enid. Booked a night and didn't need it. Policy is policy and I could not get reimbursed. I am ok with that. IHG said I should call and request a room to be comp'd. Once I was able to speak to a manager she verified their policy on cancellations. She did a great job standing her ground. She would not comp a room for my company. I will have a team there this coming week as well as other times since we do a lot of work in the area. Candlewood will not be getting my business. The manager standing her ground just to show how ignorant she is lost the company more money than she could possibly realize. Ignorance at it's best. I spent over 25 years in the hospitality business, this lady and anyone else that thinks like her needs to be retrained or taken out of the position.

    I had a decent stay here for a few weeks while traveling for work. The room was fine, but service was inconsistent. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had a rate issue and attempted to resolve at the local level 4 times. I was always told that the issue would be taken care of by the manager and that person would call/email me ASAP, within 24 hours, etc. This never happened. I don't understand why a five minute fix has taken over a week to resolve - especially when I'm using a corporate card and need accurate receipts to get reimbursed. I'm in limbo waiting for the rates to be fixed. Every time I call, I'm told that "the manager isn't in today" or "is on another call." I've opened a case with IHG. In addition, despite staying 22 nights, my room was only cleaned once - because I asked, not as scheduled (every 7 days). On a few nights, there was significant noise in the hallway and from other rooms that interrupted my sleep. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do. I'd try and stay elsewhere if possible. I will not be staying here again.
