However I was interrupted all day yesterday by the housekeeping staff because the hotel forgot to mark me as occupying this room and housekeeping thought the room was vacant! Then I just woke up about 10:30 at night with someone trying to get into my room because the hotel staff forgot to notate that this room was occupied and tried to sell it to somebody else and I had to tell the person banging on the door to go back to the desk because this was not their damn room! How to make matters worse I happen to be a diamond rewards member with Best Western! But for some reason the hotel cannot accommodate me in extending my stay when I have a truck that's broke down and won't be fixed for possibly another week and now I'm going to end up having to move hotels! All because the manager can't make up their mind as to how to treat a diamond rewards member I guess! I've been put in the place of a second class citizen for Best Western hotels I guess! I am definitely not happy about this whole situation! For everyone knows my situation and the fact that my semi truck is broke down and I'm going to have to spend nearly $20,000 to get the transmission replaced in it so that's why I'm going to be here all week but the hotel management doesn't seem to understand the severity of my situation Nor does it appear that they really care... Because they're not trying to accommodate me! I figured the folks in elk City Oklahoma would be a little more accommodating than that? Nope!!! Does not appear so!

One of their vans were swearing at me when I was trying to get out of the parking lot. Too much free rain for them. Drinking alcohol in the parking lot partying!!!!!!! Big Downer!! Very rude!!!
