  Very nice place, our room was very clean, the desk people were very helpful. I will stay there again next trip though.

  Front desk reception was great. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice housekeeping is good. No complaints. Update : I've been here for six days now and I can't imagine why the negative reviews from other people. I have zero complaints and plenty of praise. The front desk staff is phenomenal. The housekeepers are amazing. The hotel is clean the pool is small but nice....I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others .

  Location, Location, location. Who ever approved of this being built literally right next to the interstate needs thier head examined. I don't often leave negative reviews, unless deserved. I'll list issues. Location - see above Lack of parking 1st room - not cleaned 2nd roon - door didn't close properly AC fan noisy Lack of insulation? Could easliy hear people talk in the hallway. Breakfast buffet was out of several items and what was there was barely warm. And a tacky tip jar sitting out. Room did have a walk in shower and a nice kitchenette. Only upside was a comfy bed - but couldn't sleep due to roads noise Sorry Best Western,,,this location is a fail.

  I’ll start with the bad and end with the good. My main complaint is that the AC is visibly covered in mold and I could barely breathe in the room if the AC or heat was on. It is very bad and if you’re allergic to mold you would seriously struggle here. On the other hand, the staff is truly amazing. I will specifically call out Megan and Cameron. Megan works the front desk and I believe is a manager. She was a pleasure to work with. We came here for a family emergency and had to extend our stay and we weren’t sure for how long. She was a huge help, she was patient with us and helped us get the best deal on the room that we could. When I come back to Elk City I would stay here again just because of how amazing she and her staff are. The other person I have to compliment is Cameron. He worked in housekeeping and was a delight. We got snowed in and he gladly gave us all of the blankets we asked for and always made sure we had what we needed even if he just got to our room and had to turn around for something else he was nothing but pleasant. We saw him frequently and both had to get his name because he truly goes above and beyond.
