I think it was supposed to read -2 stars. This is hands-down, the dirtiest hotel in Edmond. It’s more comparable to the motel called the red carpet Inn. Pulled in lots of trash on the exterior of the facility, old carpet and stuff laying on the side of the building randomly people with the hotel windows open cooking something that smelled awful people hanging out in their cars, listening to loud rap, music, smoking, marijuana, and dancing. We had already paid for the room, so I tried to just fight through and go inside to the room, but as soon as you walk in, there was holes in the wall from old lighting fixtures the walls were patched painted with the wrong color smelled heavily of some sort of mold it was hard to breathe. I told my wife we were getting the hell out of here.

I gave the room a chance considering the a/c unit was not on. I hoped the smell would go away, but it didn’t. And You can’t take pictures of the smell unfortunately. The toilet had urine and hair on it from previous use. There was a press on nail on our floor. We left to go get dinner so I could figure out what to do. When I decided another room would not be acceptable considering the overall condition of the hotel I decided to go elsewhere and ask for a refund. I was told to call back the following morning because a manager was not in. I called in the morning, manager still not on site so I left a message for a return call. I called several hours later AGAIN. Left another message because manager was not able to come to the phone. Call returned within 5 minutes saying manager was not coming on today and they would not be refunding me because the room was clean. I told them I have pictures and they didn’t seem to care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Thankfully I was able to find a different hotel.
