- GLGlen LimogesOct 9, 20255.0I want to completely start over with my review. There were clearly some hiccups with my room situation. Jeannine (the Ops Manager)is the nicest person. She said she would take care of it and she did. David (The Sales Director) was also very nice, understanding of the situation and willing to help. I do not believe that either one of them had anything to do with the issue and they were quick to right the wrong. I applaud them for that. The lady working the front desk who, I believe, is responsible for the whole ordeal is very short with the customers, acts as though she doesn’t want to be there, and has given me false information at least twice since being here. I believe that’s the underlying issue and I feel for the management team. Even having had the issues I had, I would stay here again just because of Jeannie going above and beyond. Thank you again.
