  Rooms smell like mold, mattresses are beyond wore out, room not very clean, seen cleaner bathrooms in truck stops.

  The room was clean and presentable, which was appreciated. However, the beds have older spring mattresses that were quite uncomfortable, and the coffee maker in the room was broken. The staff was friendly and apologetic, replaced the coffee maker, but the property could benefit from some updates to improve guest comfort.

  This is the second time staying in this hotel and will be the last. I am an IHG member. Room was 80 when I booked but 98 plus tax when I checked in. Two ladies working the front. Had given keys to someone who had walked in on someone else in that room. Never smiled never said hello. The girl running the computer told the other lady to give me my keys she had to go “pee” and walked off. The rooms are meh. They are old and outdated. Do not expect the white clean look you see on TV commercials or other Holiday Inn’s. This place takes you right back to the 80’s. The room “feels dirty” whether it is or not I can’t say. What I can say is there was hair in my shower and the sink does not drain. I did not mention this to the front desk because from my opinion they hate their job and couldn’t care less. Go elsewhere and save yourself the let down. Maybe Hampton Inn across the road.

  Road work makes it difficult to get to, but the bed was comfortable and the room clean and had a microwave and coffee machine

  They do not celebrate IHG reward members! I am diamond elite. They had no idea what that was. I asked for late check out. Working nights.They said no. Rooms are out dated. Smell funny. Water tatse bad. Fridge doesn't keep cool. Curtains do not black out. Bed hard and slanted. A/C doesn't function properly. No USB/USBC charging. Location not great! Dead end road closed Right next to i40. All I could hear and sleep to were the sounds of engine breaks from Semi trucks slowing down for elkcity speed zone. There was on going long term construction 100 ft from the building. Reverse beepers from he equipment all day. Staff were unprofessional, Overbearing, and disgruntled. Day/Shift not communicating simple direct request. Not knowledgeable with IHG standards. You will get a different answer on the different one you ask. I will never be back.
