- PPPamela PensoneauMar 2, 20241.0We stayed here in January to attend my mother’s funeral. We usually have good experiences at Holiday Inn Express motels, but this was the exception. The elevator was broken, the fitness center equipment was in poor condition, and the motel looks like it needs a remodel. Worst of all, we found a BED BUG crawling on our bed. I captured the bug snd reported this to the manager. The manager was going to comp us for the horrible experience, but we had booked through Priceline so she couldn’t. She then told me she would post 10,000 points to our IHG account for the trouble. The hotel only ended up posting 5.000 points. I called several times, but got no results and am tired dealing with it. We definitely WILL NOT stay there ever again!
