- EEEdApr 29, 20261.0Out of all the Holidays Inns this one was the worst.. I called a week before going and asked if hot tub worked and was told yes. When we arrived it was broken,and was told it has been broken for a long time. The hallway was dirty outside our room. Get into room and couch was torn really bad and had stains. Everything in room looked worn out. Carpet and furniture was stained.. toilet seat was loose. Went to take shower and more water come out of faucet then the shower head. Ice machine didn't work on our floor so had to use one from another floor. Go to have breakfast and the furniture there was very worn down also. Have to say hotel very run down.
