If it was cleaner in the rooms I would have given 5. Room was dingy, smelled of basement and the side door to step out slammed all night long from rude people in/out.

Immediately checked out and got refunded, however it seems like this might be a reoccurring issue. The hotel staff were so kind and apologetic, still freaks me out. Now I have to quarantine all my belongings and hope I don’t spread them to my home or car.
