Not impressed. First the room was advertised on Expedia as two queens and a pull out sofa. Necessary for my family of 6. Get there and they put us in a room with only two queens. I address this with front desk- zero empathy, she blames it on Expedia and says Expedia falsely advertises rooms all the time and she can’t help me except to give us a rollout bed. Unacceptable but already paid and she won’t/can’t refund. The workout room- 2 of 3 treadmills were broken. Old equipment- not maintained. Pool was freezing cold- indoor open pool should be heated in February in Tulsa OK. Then breakfast was cold, runny eggs and runny oatmeal. Stay somewhere else- this place dos not have the Hilton brand best interest in mind. Tried to handle this with Expedia but all they could do was offer me a $25 credit toward a future stay. Waste of money. Doesn’t come close to making up for the miss for my family, discomfort and waste of time after 14 hours of driving…..

the water didnt get hot in our room or in the hot tub. there was a bunch of little kids screaming running through the halls and slamming doors until about 1045 pm. Those same kids were at the pool unsupervised all the way, coming into the hot tub while their parents who whoever was with them sat on the other end...these were kids under 8 but not younger than 2...then finally after about 30 minutes one set of the parents came and the guy pulled the girl onto his lap in front of us and these kids to start humping her in the hot tub...we left at this point. And then at breakfast some of those same kids were screaming again...oh and every time we came back to our room there was a creepy old lady who would run out at us and kept her door cracked all night. We felt very unsafe and didnt get very restful sleep. With this I am probably going to cancel our upcoming booking for this location that I already booked.
